PRESALE COMMENT: I’m interested, but want to use the Ken Burns gallery. My question is – how does it do with images that would have blank space at either top/bottom or left/right? Also, does this support age-restricted galleries?

I tried this – does not work. It does the Ken Burns only based on width of image, not greater of (height or width), which is what I need, as I have both portrait and landscape mode images. Is there a way to tweak it so it will test for whichever is greater – width or height- and respond accordingly?

About one year ago, I reported that the Stellar menu isn’t fully visible on my Samsung S3 mini smart phone. You couldn’t reproduce this issue.
Meanwhile, I own a Samsung S5 mini instead and still do have the same issue (with Chrome); the main menu which comes in from the left is somehow “to far down”, no more all menu items are visible on the smart phone. I know my support is outdatet meanwhile – a year ago it wasn’t. If I would know I would get help, I would renew the support. But what if I renew the support and again get no help?
What should I do? :cry:

Hello, a pre-sales question: I see that WooCommerce is used in your demo for selling products. However, I found in the comments many instances where you said “Currently, you have to edit theme CSS to make it displays beautifully with Woocommerce.”. Have those css issues been resolved now? I assume those replies were made before you added WooCommerce to the theme, correct? I am interested in selling prints, and will need to add product options (such as size, etc.), so want to make sure the theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce, or similar plugin. Hello, I’m wondering if there’s been an issue with the new wordpress version and this template? My website was working fine & now I’ve noticed that the galleries are missing photos. When I’m editing the gallery, all the photos appear as they should but when I publish and preview it doesn’t show all the photos I added. I tried deleting and re-uploading the photos but still have the same issue. And It’s on all of my galleries, some only showing 1 or 2 photos when I’ve actually added several!!
IPlease help! know my support is expired but this is an issue with the template itself. I’ve tried re-installing the theme but still have the same problem.

Actually a week or so ago, I received a notification on my Wordpress dashboard to replace a plugin with another one because it was no longer going to be supported. So I added the new plugin and deleted the old as per the instructions. Maybe that was it?? But now I don’t remember the names of those plugins.

Hello, as I mentioned i can’t open a ticket private or public since my support has expired. All I need to know are the names of the plugins included in this theme so I can reinstall them. And again, the only reason I deleted one is because I was notified to do so by the plugin author themselves.

Theme doesnt have any plugins. I suggested you to check all 3rd party plugins you are using if they support WordPress 4.5 or disable all plugins to see if it fixes the issue.
I deactivated every single plugin but the galleries are still missing the photos. There has been no other change other than upgrading to Wordpress 4.5. so maybe this theme is not compatible??? What else could it be other than that?!

In place of the password field/access I’d like to catch user email addresses. Is that possible by using a custom email field instead of the password?

I guess if the answer is no, there may be ways around this…assuming I can add a contact field on another page and catch emails in order to provide an “access code” to see the content. However would be so much simpler if it’s just locked until you enter a valid email address

Have to say after a year with Stellar, I really do like the layout. Just one question, I have a page for all password protected galleries. As of today, if the cursor hovers over any of them, the gallery photos would rotate revealing all photos within that private album. Kind of defeats the purpose of needing a password to access. Is there a way to stop the auto photo rotation? Ideally, it would just be one fixed “featured” photo for each gallery cover and all other photos within that gallery would only be revealed upon entering correct password. Please advise if there’s a solution around it. Thanks!!!
