1) The dummy data import may fail due to the following reasons. Your PHP memory limit, execution time, upload size may be set too low. Please check that your server has following limits else contact your hosting support to do so. Please try importing the dummy data once all the servers values are set.

1) max_execution_time > 600

2) memory_limit > 128M

3) post_max_size > 64M

4) upload_max_filesize > 128M

5) max_input_vars > 5000

1) How to replace the logo? – It seems that you have added that logo from the custom css section of the buddha panel section. Just replace it from the css code shown in the screenshot http://prntscr.com/ceo5pg

2) I can see only part of the menu – You can just drag that visual composer module using the mouse inside the screen. You can use easily once you drag the section inside. Please have a look.

3) You can remove the footer widgets from Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets. We have done it for you. Please have a look.

1) For 404 page and coming soon page, you need to select the custom page from the buddha panel options. Please check if you have selected that page as shown in the screenshot.

2) Installing the zopim plugin is same as all the other wordpress plugin. For setup instructions please visit this link https://wordpress.org/plugins/zopim-live-chat/installation/

3) You can remove the demo contents of a particular page by removing that section alone and if you need to copy some content from other page, just check what module it is using and you can generate that module in the current page using the visual composer module.

Yes, You can choose any of the header types for any demo that you select. We have header options in our buddhapanel section as shown in the screenshot and you can select any header type from it, provided you need to select the menu locations correctly.

The importer option is not available in your buddha panel since the “Veda Importer” plugin is not activated in your site. Due to the update issue, you cannot activate that plugin. We have updated that issue in our servers. You can now update the importer plugin and activate it. Once it is done, the buddha panel will have the import option. Please have a look. As seen from your video the DesignThemes Core Features plugin and Visual Composer plugin are already active. When you install the plugin itself, it becomes active. Since designcore features plugin and Visual Composer plugin are the core files, they will be activated when they are installed itself. If you need the deactivate option for both of the plugins, let us know ftp and admin so that we can update it.
