1. jquery.appear.min.js is for animated appearing https://github.com/morr/jquery.appear
jquery-migrate-1.2.1.min.js is to simplify the transition from older versions of jQuery
2. It’s recommended to use modernizr.js in the head if you want to execute it as soon as possible.
jquery-1.11.0.min.js is at the bottom already so it shouldn’t be a render-blocking JavaScript.
If you don’t use smooth appearing, modernizr etc. you can tweak it by moving, deleting etc. But please do it wisely and always make backup.

Ive noticed a bug on SEARCH BOX, when we/user types something in the search BOX, they must click on the SEARCH ICON to search, while other people are used to press ENTER.
Do you have any idea how to make it usable the search box? I know this is HTML only, but i wanna make use of the ENTER button

great theme!
For testing purposes I installed the theme including the sample Datebase WAMP. I would like to import new pictures,via “attach media” but something is broken. I upload, than “next”, after the dialog “destination”>”next”> I get this error: “An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator.”
I can replace images, so the upload is working – just adding new pictures is not working, maby some problem with the file system? Or a missing dialog about the destination?

Hi, I’m thinking about buying this theme. I have Wordpress version now but I’m not happy with it (still problems with WP translations, settings and customizations etc…). I’ll better do it myself in Java. But I know in WP counterpart of this theme there was a problem with special Czech characters (like š ? ? ž ý á) in testimonials part. If you look on http://www.itexperts.eu/cs/ you will know what I mean. But I like the font – is this problem also in your theme or is there some other font to choose from which will not have this problem? Does this version contain all javascripts, css and html files which can be used to design s webpage with all theme’s nice features easily?

As I see it’s not a theme/template related problem. “Muli” is a Google font used in content part, including testimonials. The problem that this font doesn’t support Latin Extended characters. That’s why you have problem with Czech characters.
Just change this font with “Open Sans” and you’ll get rid of this font problem
Regarding your last questions:
Yes, template contains all javascript/css/html files. You can check it on live demo site.
