hi, I have the following questions:
- The margin between the Tour Detail Image and the main content widens leaving a huge gap when the screen is resized from 1171px to 1872px. I tried applying custom media query css but it effects width and bottom margins etc. Can you look into it and suggest? Live Demo has this problem and so does my local site.
- What is the ideal image size for Tour Detail Image, Page Subheader Background Image, Post Subheader Background Image etc.

1. Can you please share me screenshot where you are having difficulty wile doing customization but keep in mind support does not include any services that modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality advertised on the item page. 
2. You need to add images of same sizes to get view as per live demo. There is no specific size, you may use as you wish but its should be around the default advertisement on live demo.

Almost a month and no response yet even at the ticket portal! I put up the same query at the ticket portal but no response yet!
- The automatic update do nothings
- the data import gives an error by entering the purchase-key
- the CS PageBuilder don’t work on my dev-site
- Setup the Menü color not works
- and some other settings also don’t have an effect
Also, if you wrote an support ticket, you receive one response only on this day and may wait for the next reply on next day. This isn’t a good support!
I couldn’t recommend this theme!
Hi @stefanjaco, Can you please remove maintenance mode from your site so that support agent can look over your queries as currently your site is not accessible because of maintenance mode. Moreover you did not shared your admin and ftp login details.
- Demo import and automatic updates issue had already been fixed.

You can add more custom fields in your tours options by follow the path: Appearance >> CS theme options >> Custom fields >> Tours fields

Thank you for your prompt reply. I tried it but the new fields appears next to the CUSTOM FIELDS and it does not display any of these fields when I view the tour details page.
I want to add more fields similar to the the ones under TOURS OPTIONS screen e.g. Trip Highlights,Trip Highlights Title, Add Highlight, Schedules, Schedule Title, Add Schedule etc.

When I import data, on Step 2: Validate. When I enter my item purchase code for this theme, it appear Please provide a valid Item Purchase Code.

I have 2 pre-sales questions.
1. We have a pretty extensive list of details for our cruises and have a large # of products. Can you import tours into this theme? If so, how extensive is the import process? Does it allow for data mapping for fields and the like?
2. Would it be possible to demo the backend of the site? I want to make sure the environment will give us the ability to display everything, even if we have to make some adjustments on our end. Even if it’s just some additional screenshots, or access to the documentation for this theme so I can better understand the tour administration portion of it.
Any insight you might provide about these 2 matters would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @techmanastr , 1. By default, Only content can be imported using wordpress default import feature. Theme have its own advance demo imported to import demo data.
2. I apologize! Admin access can’t be granted because of security concerns.

I have two questions:

Hi @mikel_olivetti, 1- There is no option available for the booking tour. You can achieve this functionality by doing customization at your end. 2- Without code customization it’s not possible to change the timeline scheduling by days to hours as our timeline is Schedule by the days of tour.

Have already raised a support ticket but have a real problem with your theme blocking default user roles in Wordpress ie author, editor etc etc. Can you please look into this issue? Your theme seems to block access to create a new post from the standard toolbar, front end…simply refreshing the page. Only the admin role seems to be able to do anything. Is there an update that needs to be done on your php?

Thanks for the reply but have already left updates in the support ticket. Theme is causing real issues with user roles blocking access for all users bar the admin. Has this theme been properly tested?
Hi @marts08, I am sorry but I could not found any details, its better to follow ticket and provide the details so that your issues get sorted asap. and do you think Envato will let a theme on without testing it?? Believe me,they dont,. Any of our theme before getting Live have to pass 2 gates of strict Quality assurance , one at chimp studio and second by the Smart Envato team. Hi. Good looking theme! We’ve spotted a few errors – 1. create a post and the theme shows the username and not the nickname. 2. CS Weather widget – set to show ie 5 days and plugin shows 3 days, set to 3 and shows 1, set to 7 and shows 5. Can you recommend the fixes to implement this please? Thanks.
In addition…the read more button on a post snippet doesn’t seem to work when you insert READ MORE but works ok when you let the theme generate the snioppet? Thanks

Hi. Thanks for the quick reply. ‘Nicknames’ are part of the default on Wordpress – rather than showing the admin username you use the nickname. Your theme seems to be ignoring this and using the username by default. Thanks.

Is the theme compatible with Advanced Custom Fields Plugin?
Hi, I want to create child theme and do some customization. Some files I want to customize are outside the theme directory (inside the plugins directory). Will the future theme update effect the customization?
Hi @galingpa, 1. I am not sure if it works well or not as its not been tested and advertised. 2. Well, It is a best practice to always maintain complete backup of your customizations to avoid any potential data loss incase of theme update.
