Hi, I am interested in the theme but was wondering if it was compatible with visual composer? If not how easy is it to edit? Does it require a lot of hardcode changes to change things? Thanks.

The theme is based on Templates like WordPress Recommends, I didn’t tested the theme with Visual Composer.

How do we use icon picker
Just select he icon where the Picker is displayed.

You can add the awesome fonts too, just add the name in the field.
Tried to upload the new update using the Administration Panel, and it failed, it says the theme doesnt have the style sheet style.css
Make sure you upload the theme instead of the package you downloaded.
Hi, I have recently purchased theme & My contact page load google map for fraction of secs and then it give error “This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.” how do i rectify this error
Update the theme to the latest theme version and add Google Map API under theme options.

Hello, I can not find any option to change header image for departments section of this theme. Doctors, Services has an option to add featured image/ header image.

Yes, you can use the Icon picker to use existing icons or you can use the Awesome Fonts. No limits for categories, posts, pages, just add as many as you need.

We have a potential client that is a Dentist but needs both identical Horizontal and Vertical nav menus. Can this Theme do this with or without a plugin?
I think you will be able to add Vertical menus in the sidebar and the main menu is horizontal.

Sticky menu is not implemented to the theme, you have to customize this.

Hi, I really like the theme & I’m looking to buy, I just wanted to know whether I can make the header sticky, as in, I want it to stay on the screen as I scroll.
This is not possible by default. It’s something that have to be customized.

Never mind purchased and solved. But I cant find these file “Go to Tools > Widget import & export and import the file: benevolence-widgets.wie”, theres these file “health-medical-widgets-2.wie”, did you mean that file?
Hi, The file extension is *.wie But don’t forget to install the plugin first. (Import & export widgets).

Have only 7 custom widgets and not 9 as per instruction. I missing: the “Half with homepage widget area” and “WPLook Services (Front page)
Hi, The theme has 14 Widgets and 11 widgets area. The home page widget area was changed in version ~1.0.2 and was removed the half widgets areas.

You have to use the old theme version. I don’t recommend to do so. You will not be able to update the theme in the future.

Hello. Some of the times the slider at the homepage is NOT loaded. When I refresh it appears. This happens very random. Has anybody else reported this bug?? If not I suggest I try a fresh instal…?
