How exactly could you integrate your MLS listings into this theme? Do you need to buy anything extra to do this or does this theme integrate it somehow on its own?

Does not? I’m just trying to clarify that your real estate website does not support MLS listings…which is a little weird, I must say. I am trying to make a site for a Real Estate Brokerage…which has hundreds of listings with the MLS. It would take too much time to upload every piece of info pertaining to each property. There has got to be a way…even if we’d have to pay a separate service. I was hoping the designer of this site would anticipate this need. Please advise.

Hello, great job for this well crated theme, I am going to buy the theme today. Note my question will not stop me from buying your theme, I just want to clarify some issues so that I can know what to prepare for… please kindly answer my questions accordingly.
1. Notification – the theme lacks user notification, for example, a user should be able to choose notification preference maybe to get notified when a property is on sale or on rent or probably when a new listing is added… especially on the mobile app. Are you working on making user notification part of your next update? especially for the app… And what plugin will you recommend for this?
2. Property Statistics for Agents – Agent does not have opportunity to see how well there properties is performing—a very basic statistics is “views” at least it should appear on the Agent back-end accout on each property listed.
3. Membership Listing time limit – For example maybe the listing can only be on the website for 30days, 60days..and listing should automatically unpublished when the time expires.
4. Some functions should only be accessible after a user login – on my website I want users to login before they can contact or see agents full address.. this will help to have more user database – this can be optional in your theme… But as for me i want this function… can it be customized for me if i request it from support.
5. User accounts – I am not sure if ordinary user account is different from agent account.. please is it different? as there is no option for what type of user during registration.
6. Login – I want people to also be able to login with email, not just username, please can it be possible that user can login with either email or username?
7. Ads – I want to use google adsense on the website… is there opportunity for that? Secondly if I am able to add google adsense to the wordpress will it also appear on the mobile app your developed?
8. Secondly do you provide support and updates for the app too? and how can i add it to apple and andriod store?

There is a lot of bugs.. small ones and big ones its been 4 days still doesnt see any imporovements .
- Footer widget title doesnt work ( static). - Bugs on the colors of the background if we like to costumize the colors . - the Visuel composer ( Desable row ) doesnt work…

About disable the login and register button: pls You can follow this guide: theme -> page-templates -> parts -> opne file user-login.php -> delete code of that file

Hi guys, I just updated my opal_estate plugin and suddenly all “filter properties” widgets stopped working…
[pbr_estate_filter_property title=”Properties as Flatshare” opalestate_types=”flatshare” column=”3” limit=”6” pagination=”true”] .... this just returns “Nothing found” whereas there are properties with the type, it did work until I upgraded the opal_estates plugin to 1.5.4.8
I managed to fix, somehow the code commit you guys made is wrong I believe as per your last cvn (Changeset 1558857 for opal-estate):

I have edited this files myself and reverted the query to OR instead or AND… it works now.

ah yes mate my developer have improve a setting “Type filter search” in the Properties Filter Shortcode of Visual Composer you can use it
alright, but now when you want to filter just by “type” it doesnt work… you need to either select a status or a location… needs to have more than one statement in order to work…
