Hello, based on previous customer experiences these recommended configuration works. If you’re using any security plugin or something else prevent this process trough your hosting firm the issue can persist. Normally it should work once you meet these recommended configurations. Kindly please confirm if all criterias are OK as above and let us know if you can’t handle it. Regards

In the next release, is there anyway you guys can update the Instagram logo to comply with their brand guidelines? I assume this is coming from the Theme Options>Social tab. It currently displays the old Instagram logo.

I try to add an image in “Design Option”of “Row settings” but for the mobiles/ipad it’s still a black screen (not the image).
How did you do ? For your site on Ipad, it’s working well, this is an image.

Hello, I’m having trouble getting into the support ticket system all of a sudden. I’ve submitted tickets before and I have 10 months of support left on my Rosie theme. From one day to the next, I had to enter the product license number when before it was automatically saved in the system. When I tried to enter my Rosie theme license number, it said this license was not valid! What is going on? Also, can you please tell me why it is taking up to a week to get answers to questions? it looks great on PC but when you view on a Mac desktop or on Apple ipad or iphone, when it zooms the shape turns square rather than staying a circle which looks odd. Is there a way to fix this? If not I’ll have to remove the zoom feature or not be able to make the image round.

Hey there. I still see that content-product.php is out of date “version 2.5.5 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1”. Is there an update coming? Also Master Slider is out of date – Version 2.29.0 is the latest I have from Rosie and 3.0.4 is out.

Hello again. I just bought and downloaded Rosie. I have both the theme and the child theme in place. My problem is that I keep getting the message “Could not create directory” both when I tried to install the zipped theme on my dashboard (I ended up having to ftp the files) and now that I’m trying to install the necessary plugins such as Rosie Essentials. Hi, Im using a master slider for my main banner, in 2 columns layout with VC, But, its slides are the last elemento of the page to load. So my homepage is taking a lot of time to show the first information. Do you have any advice about how can i move the components of master slider as a priority?

Once you update your theme to latest available version, make sure you bundled plugins updated too. You can use auto updater, but first, deactivate the plugins which requires update, and activate back once update process complete.

Hi guys, very interested in purchasing this theme for a client. Just a couple of questions beforehand.
i) It obviously has been setup with typekit in mind which is great, does it allow you to change the font for the body / button text or just the headings? I only ask because you have used Raleway for the body text throughout.
ii) I want to feature a portfolio section further down the homepage (after a full screen image), but I want it to be a 3 column modern grid with the special FX. Is that possible?

- Heading
- Primary Menu
and we have an option that allows you to upload your own fonts so you can use on any option listed above. Besides, there are component available on Visual Composer which let you use you any Google you like individually.

Fix For WordPress 4.5 Compatibility
04/13/2016 If you are using ____and updated to WordPress 4.5, you will get a javascript error, due to WordPress updating jQuery libraries. This can cause several site elemnts stop to work (e.g. tabs, fusion sliders, testimonials, carousels, equal heights, almost anything related to javascript).
To fix this, please download the attached zip and copy the files to /assets/js folder on your server, replacing old file versions.
