hi as they are not required you can directly delete the fieldsets from template-recipe-submit.php in your installation folder.
page for specific recipe is automatically generated when you are creating categories in each of the recipe taxonomies. it looks like this http://mesh.daffyhazan.com/fnc/recipe-type/breakfast/
you can access them from wp-admin -> recipes -> recipe-type (or other taxonomies) -> hover one of your categories and click view.

hi you can create a page (name it anything you want) then go to woocomerce -> setting -> account . and choose the new page as your my account page.

hi you can translate the default.po file in folder food-cook/lang using poedit or similar software.. save it with your language code in the same folder after translating it.

Is it possible for the admin when adding recipes to also add the recipe owner? I am adding hundreds of recipes from old church cookbooks and want to also add the person’s name that wrote it. Then have the recipes able to search by the creator. I don’t want the recipe owner to have to be a registered user. Thanks.

Just curious will you be adding lazy load to this theme? 
It will really help improve performance since recipe sites are picture heavy
we dont have plan for this at the moment. in the meantime you can try 3rd party plugin from wordpress repository to enable lazy load in your site

Such a nice theme. If only it had multiple header/menu layouts, would be truly multipurpose. I’m looking for a multipurpose theme with recipe section like this one has. Good work though.
