Hi, I bought the template effect. The problem is that the slider revolution fails all the time, when it makes the transition for the image change, it flickers or does not load well. And that is very bad for a landingpage.

Yes, WebRedox converted Effect to WP, but he delete item. I don;t know unofficially action. If any information send me pls. Thanks
Myself and almost 100 other persons purchased WeRedox’s version of eFFect WP theme and were badly defrauded by that company.
Their version never worked as advertised and was essentially unusable as an e_commerce theme. Webredox continually avoided supporting their customers, made endless lame excuses and cronically lied to all of us about not receiving customer support emails and when they would update their theme that had so many problems and bugs. Twice they announced that they had submitted updates to Envato for approval, but not a single update appeared as available for download.
The complaints grew louder and louder and then, without warning, their eFFect WP theme was removed from sale on Envato as well as, all download access and comments section. Thankfully, I saved all comment section pages and product details page to web pages and PDF so can post all of it online if Envato does not address the fraud that WebRedox perpetrated on all of us.
But I STILL NEED A WORKING eFFect theme to finish my online store project that I started to build 6 months ago with WebRedox’s version. Please answer my pre-purchase questions below for your upcoming WP version.16 days ago, in this comment section for your HTML version of eFFect design you stated “Hi, Our team started converting to WP. After 1 month it will be ready.”

1. Is your WP theme version of effect design still on track to be released in near future?
1b. Will it be designed to work as e-commerce solution built on WooCommerce?
2. What will it be called and will you announce it here for sale when available?
3. I want to learn from you whether your WP version will be built from scratch using your in-house code & coder or somehow a reissue of what WeRedox was selling on Envato?
4. If you are coding a WP version from scratch will you be issuing an improved theme that addresses the many problems and bugs that were in WebRedox’s failed theme?
5. Can we trust your company to conscientiously support customers promptly and update theme to be 100% compatible with both current WP and WooCommerce versions? WebRedox never did either of these 2 things for it’s customers.
I am totally disgusted with WebRedox and all their lies. That company should not be allowed to sell anything on Envato.
I really need a quality eFFect WP/WooCom theme. Hope your company will deliver.

I addressed my 5 questions to MosaicDesign, for YOU to answer HERE, not forward them onto WebRedox, which is well documented as not addressing customer concerns and complaints in an honest & timely manner.
To date I have found your customer support for HTML version of eFFect to be quite adequate and responsive. Don’t embarrass yourself by trying to hide behind WebRedox when questions are put to YOU about YOUR TEAM’s intentions to produce a WP version.
MY 5 questions were related to YOUR statement that “YOUR TEAM” intended to release a WP version of your eFFect design within the next 2 weeks, (just 2 weeks after WebRedox’s version was “removed” at Envato!). I want to be sure that your new WP theme is not a re-issue of WebRedox’s failed version that defrauded so many buyers here on Envato such as myself.
Note to All reading this. WebRedox also converted one other of MosaicDesigns templates to a WP version named “QUEEN”. The same problems with poor quality and lack of customer support are currently being well documented in Comments section for that WP theme at WebRedox at http://themeforest.net/item/queen-responsive-wordpress-woocommerce-theme/11816739/comments?page=2 Read their customer comments for yourself. Also note that theme’s very poor rating.

Why are you now contradicting yourself when faced with my questions about your statement as it relates to WebRedox’s unethical conduct, a company that you granted rights to convert to a WP theme which has now been removed from Envato due to numerous complaints, leaving all buyers without any support or future updates for that WP version of your eFFect design?
