Hello I’m using your theme on a client website www.chicalandia.com and I have a lot of troubles making it multi language and multi currency. I bought WPML and is great but it causes a lot of troubles with visual composer and I need to find another plugin option because WPML and VC are not fully compatible in your theme. Do you recommend another plugin for multi currency and multi language?

Hi there im using your theme and its great, although there are some simple issues that you need to fix regards “Mobile/tables/touch screens” can you please update and fix for future builds. This causes issues with the products and variables etc.

I have bought this theme few months ago. Since I have problems with it since I started. Support is useless, always I get links to forum where I have to find solution my self. Other time I get advice to buy this plugin or that plugin – still have a problem. Few problems have been solved but now I have major problem with some kind of virus and support seems to not know how to help. They want access to my site but they dont do anything. Once Google even block my shop because of it. Iam very, very disappointed because I payed for it with support but support is very poor… Is anybody able to help me with injected code to ThemeHeader.php? I keep deleting it but this “something” is comming back after while.

You can ask your hosting provider. Why we can not log in your hosting account. maybe your server has blocked our IP or our country. Please check that.

Our products and shop pages are created for WooCommerce, so you have to use WC if you want to use the style. The good new is, WC let you create the affiliate products that link to your Amazon: https://bobwp.com/setting-up-external-products-and-affiliates-in-woocommerce/
Moreover, you can use 3rd plugins to sync your Amazon product with WC product, plugin such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-lister-for-amazon/
