You can start first buy buying the theme not download it from illegal servers, but you have to know that if you do that most likely they put malicious code that take your infos and your customers infos (credit card, social links, email) and you do that like a monkey and you ask for support

After buying the theme we found that the core function, the ability to setup the start screen using page options is not working. I have tried several of the methods to contact you but as yet no reply.Please confirm how you can indicate 100% when the videos and documentation attached is outdated. Your WooCommerce is also outdated hence will be problematic.

And your standard line of using your forum is bogus as it does not allow you to register. so we are without support after being lead to believe it was included.

So by removing my last post I am to assume no support is available and I am to pursue the refund route?
