Hello,

I just purchased this theme for my Shopify store. I am incredibly dissatisfied as I am not a fan of the settings and the way the customization options are laid out. I am kindly requesting a refund. I will return the download gladly. i just don’t like the customization options at all.

Need some help! Tabs for the product description, custom tab and review tabs are not working – they’re just showing all the text instead of having the arrows.

This isn’t applicable to all our products though, only some. The site is visualtroop.com

I am currently in the process of having recharge install their software into your theme. They are running into a snag with the install. Basically, when the product is added into the cart we add a few properties into it but the javascript for the theme is not adding the properties and just adding the QTY and ID. How can we change the theme to support inline properties in the product page.

Please I need help, we bought your theme for an online store, but it seems there is only 4 different page templates (page,page.contact, page.sliders, page.wide) and FAQ, ABOUT US and other are missing, i cant select it because its not on the select a template list, nevertheless the files are correctly installes and page.faq.liquid exists, HOW CAN I FIX THIS? im in the middle of the construction of the site and i cant go forward without this, my email is santiagos@hikuri.com.mx ill be waiting

Hiya EngoTheme – I apologize, I just realized I screwed up with the order here. I recently purchased the Noren Responsive Theme as I had been requested to purchase the theme for a student that’s looking to set up an online shop. However, I didn’t realize that there were two variants of it – the shopify, and the woocommerce variant. I was supposed to pick up the Wordpress compatible variant although they linked to the shopify variant.

I know this is probably not possible, but I just wanted to ask – is it possible to swap out the purchase, or refund the shopify variant and pick up the woocommerce variant? If that’s possible I would greatly appreciate it, otherwise I understand it can be a pain to get that swapped out. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I looked through the help topic and I know it’s sketchy on returns, but I just wanted to double check in case it’s possible.

We are software business. Once you have downloaded it on your computer, we can’t be sure you use it or not? Or you can share free for others …

Theme is not working as expected. And few images loads for ever. We even tried to reduce the image size but loading button always showsup.

We have to scrap the project .Can we get a refund ?

Hi there, We need help with fixing some issues on our theme! My coworker has been trying to reach out to you guys.

1. The right image doesn’t show up when you click a different style from the drop down menu. We need the right image to show up so the customer knows what they are buying.

Hello, guys! It’s been almost a week since I emailed you my request for bugs fixing (a lot of them) as well as paid for maintaining works (additional tasks).

Every day cost me money, but you can not even advice me regarding timing of your works and when are you going to finish bugs fixing.

If you can not issue the product without bugs or (if happened) fix the bugs immediately – don’t sell your product or refund your customers.

I payed to you for product which I can not use because it has particular issues. Why should I wait for weeks for your team will be available to fulfill my order which must be fulfilled in the minute I have downloaded it? This is e-commerce theme, which means, every day it doesn’t work – my e-commerce project loosing profit. Will you compensate me this loosing profit?

Guys it looks to me awful, and I want others know how you work before they payed you.

We want to make the correction of problem fixes and product updates.

When we release a theme, we always make sure it is operating best.

However, during of using, it would have incurred unexpected minor errors. These errors could be caused by Shopify or 3rd party that may be the applications when they update the new version. So we have to fix and update the theme is very normal job. This represents our responsibility to our customers!

We have a lot of work that needs to be solve, there are many customers need our support. Therefore we need to have a specific plan for each piece of work. We hope that you will understand and appreciate us.

I’m having an issue with the zoom view on the product detail page, I get this error: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).CloudZoom is not a function(…)

I can’t figure out what’s wrong, of all 8 items I’m using for testing, only one works, and the other items using the same fpo image don’t. I also checked the image size and it’s big enough; as I said, it works for one of the products. This zoom feature was one of the reasons I purchased this theme. Product detail pages are often lame and the zoom terrible. I really liked this one. It’s a beautiful theme.

Also, I noticed the related products are not showing up on the product detail page either, even though “show upsell products?” is checked, and the reviews tab shows up regardless “show review tab?” is checked or not. I’ve installed Noren-Index2.zip. I’m seeing this on the product that’s working fine, no javascript errors in the console.

Thanks for your prompt response, but I take it I was somewhat very vague. Firstly I have encountered a few current issues with the current file that I purchased.

1- the interface is very buggy when it comes to using it on the phone. The sign in becomes completely useless and fades away.

2 – currency conversions seems to lack on the interface

3 – the sign-up area both under header and at the bottom dose not capture actual data

4 – the font Color variation feels limited as the main body Color where price is similar to that of menu Color.

5* – drop down menu on the phone will not allow full view of the selection.

6 – top logo and menu will not stay static as you scroll down (both – phone and Pc)

7 – is it possible to relocate the slide dots to the top of the product image or bellow for clarity?

On a different topic, I was wondering if it was possible to have a pop-up window to capture customer emails instantly like some other templates on here.

Furthermore, what I was asking with regards to the drop down menu was a similar selection to that of amazons new theme order. Which is simple, and clean. Pictograms become the menu and on the product it captures how many customers have liked the product, viewed it or purchased it.

Also, the check out page feels slightly out of place and generic. It feels discontinued from its current sleek-simple form. Is it possible of an alternative?

1. How do I add another ‘custom tab’ drop down as I need at least two ie ‘Product Care’ and “About the designer” + the normal description. 2. How can you make the description tab on the product page by default open? 3. The “reviews’ tab doesn’t disapear when you deselect it. is this a bug?
