Hi I migrated my site in https. Fonts of the titles that have been modified. I can not go back to the initial setting of these fonts. In “customization” fonts options headings h1, h2, h3, h4, settings no longer work !! Thank you for your help Max

GettyImages has contacted my client of www.ncsiding.com claiming the rights to an image that comes by default with the original template I bought last year.

Although the image was removed during the redesign in November 2016 because it was not related to the type of business of my client GettyImages wants my client to pay him $ 655 dollars for the misuse of this image.

Because the business that my client is from house facades this picture was never used. My client has never used this image and does not have to pay for it.

The image capture that GettyImages has attached has a date of October 27, 2016 and the letter with the claim has arrived during the last days of March 2017:

I want to deactivate the title and leave the breadcrumb. When I disable the title, the title does not disappear. What to do to solve the problem.

Hello Author, I’m having an issue with customizing the theme. When I make changes and click “save and publish” and try to go back, it tells me my changed will be lost and doesn’t save anything. Thank you

I realize my support is expired, but with my license I’m supposed to be able to get future updates. And, I haven’t received an email with an update since March of last year . All i’m asking for is the file for latest update. It shows latest update is January 12, 2017.

My website it down and I am unable to login at /wp-admin or the backend on Godaddy wpadmin​ to see what’s going on or check Envato toolkit to update latest theme. All plugins are up to date but I’m assuming the theme is not up to date. If there is any way you can send the latest theme update to stanford.ashley@gmail.com that would be AWESOME and I’ll upload via FTP if I have to.

Trying to update the theme but can’t find update for visual composer… and can’t find info about where in documentation.

Since support ended awhile ago I can’t submit a ticket and I don’t think I would have to purchase another support, this vital information should med clearly stated in documentation.

Trying to submit an issue but isnt accepting my purchase code. Here is the issue….

The button styling on the demo slider:  View Project ​When this is on the slider it stops you being able to use the visibility options on the slider.  E.g. I want to have different sized text on mobile so it is large enough to still read but if the button is on there and you set the visiblity of the new layer to just mobile then it doesnt appear.  If you take the button off the slider then it works.  How can I get around this – is there any other way to style the button in there?
