Thank you for your feedback. I am not sure, what exactly you mean by “like the example you provided”. Anyway if you have custom css for that dim effect, you can add it via theme options.

??? Do you not see the picture attached to this comment? Please look at the title and then the back rectangle overlay. Why is this feature not included with the typography options? Also the basic stuff like text-transform, etc is not even optional. Wow.. No courtesy css code for that feature seeing that you mislead people into thinking that option is available because its in the picture.
I believe this theme looks awesome but after trying to set it up it feels a bit like a bust cause it’s way too complicated. Where can I find a proper instruction?

unfortunately we have blog styles with images only. If you want your blog styles without image, you can use custom css to hide images.
Regarding changes – are you using some cache plugin?

THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND NOW WHEN EVER WE MAKE CHANGES TO THE NEW SITE LATER THE CHANGES ARE DELETED AND EVERYTHING IS BACK TO THE DEFAULT SETTINGS
WE KNOW ITS THE THEME BECAUSE I LEFT THE ORIGINAL DESIGNED HOME PAGE OPEN IN MY BROWSER. SO ALL I HAVE TO DO IS CLICK THE UPDATE BUTTON IN WORD PRESS AND IT SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY REVERT TO THE ORIGINAL CHANGES THAT WE MADE BUT ITS NOT!

unfortunately you sent only FTP and WP login. Not your URL (in history I see only this – http://beta.wheeldynamics.com/ but your wp login does not work there). I am not able to help you without url.

???? Your kidding right? We have a landing page at the domain but that wouldn’t matter. Its stil the same login url. Once your logged in then you can open up another tab and will be able to see the site. Please lets get this resolved
JoJo one of our developers with the agency will fix the couple of bugs in your theme. I just hate bugging him knowing that your were the developers who made this theme. Its your responsibility. We had to do a fresh install and now this time no one has access to it meaning we are not having any weird issues. The last install you were the only one that had access and we looked at the server logs and seen the login history with the login info you had.

Have a query. On our new site www.digitalecity.co.uk where the featured images are it has the categories listed on the featured image (or thumbnail) of the post.
I want to remove these categories of the pictures completely – how do I do that?

It’s a fresh WP install on GoDaddy shared. Any ideas ?
Solved the problem – it was a PHP memory issue that I corrected through the Cpanel – Software – Select PHP Version – Switch to PHP Options. ( I put this for others that have the same issue so they don’t have to wait for response )

Hi,
I’m having a problem installing the demo content. I chose the version, click install, installing starts and keeps spinning forever, in some instances the bar goes up to like 10% but it does not install the demo content.
It’s a fresh WP install, all recommended plugins installed and activated, theme version 2.3.
I bought the theme specifically for “Video shannel” demo version.
