You can also add certain pages to boxed layout by changing the pages settings, it doesn’t have to apply to all of the pages. SO it is up to you if you want to have whole site in boxed layout or just a few pages. https://www.screencast.com/t/jVS73rrPu

The theme is using our main Mikado Core plugin that is required for our framework. Also, our Mikado Instagram Feed and Mikado Twitter Feed are integrated. Additional, Visual Composer came bundled so you could use it for free, the same is for Slider revolution. And we added support for Contact form 7 and WooCommerce that we are using in our demo sites, too. It is also WPML compatible so if you want to have a multi language website we recommend you to use WPML plugin for that purpose.

That is usually an error related to your PHP version on the server. Try contacting your hosting provider and ask them to increase your PHP version to the one suggested by wordpress here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

For this error, PHP version 5.4 would be enough to work well but we recommend you to use 5.6 if you are going to use WooCommerce. here is a link to the plugins requirements. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/

All our themes contain registered labels which can be translated with poedit software, and beside that you can also use WPML plugin since most users find it easier to manage translations over plugin.

Yes, translating theme with poedit software means that your translation will be saved in that format, and by placing translation files inside wp-content/themes/servicemaster, your translation will be loaded according to configured WordPress language.
