Sometimes support reply quickly, but main response time is very, very long, this is frustrated for developing customer´s site. I was post some pay support questions few day´s ago, but still no answered.

This “image” /wp-content/themes/gardencare/img/latest-project-gardener/1.jpg is being called (thought it doesnt exist) and is adding anywhere from 7 seconds – 15 seconds to my load time. It’s not a real image, the link takes me to a 404. Any experience with this?

This is still an issue.

I just installed the latest update of this theme and these “phantom images” that are being called are still adding 7+ seconds to my load time when I run a pingdom page speed test.

I’ve tried this test on 2 different cloud based SSD servers we run and both servers experience the same problem with this theme, so it’s not a server issue. This issue was first reported 4 months ago. Any resolution on the agenda any time soon?

Was asked for support ticket info on the reviews page. Couldn’t figure out how to respond to that, so here it the ticket number – #1043783 – again we’re having problems with the WooCommerce aspect. It’s showing templates out of date, no declaration of support. Getting all sorts of various errors once WooCommerce is active. The Brochure part of the template works fine, but its a mess when we just turn the Woocommerce plugin on.

What is your average repsonse time for email queries.. This is very important to me, especially in the early setup process. You Template looks fab, and tempting, but how fast you respond to issues is top of my list – Can you also tell me when the next theme update is due.. There seems to be a few bugs in the system, and I wouldn’t want to buy knowing I would have to contact you to fix them all

Hi, got a question. I bought the theme but can’t figure out if it is possible to add more photos behind a project. I want one project to be displayed, and when you click on it you are able to see multiple photos of that particulair project. Is this possible? Thanks!
