Hi! I’m having a problem with the share buttons below the blog posts. The Twitter share sends a message “TITLE via @username” Where can I configure those options?

This is the intended Twitter share function which would show the blog post title, however if you do need to customize this further and add in your own custom text you’d need to edit the text for this dialog box in the ‘invogue/htheme/templateparts/content/post-social.php’ file on line 96 by editing the tag right after the ‘tweet?text=’ string.

Im trying to set up my image sizes in woocommerce but its resizing different. For example i set 269×350px for images in archive / catalog but its croping in 700×1050? I try different sizes but no change .
ive found this $htheme_image_details = wp_get_attachment_image_src ( get_post_thumbnail_id ( $post->ID ), ‘htheme-image-700’ ); is that the problem?
Also i dont like the idea to be used as background since it wont generate different sizes for different resolutions. So anyway can i disable this in child theme and how ? So i can use default image functions in woocommerce

If you modify any of the image dimensions for WooCommerce on the ‘WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display’ page you would also need to run the thumbnail regeneration in order for the new image sizes to be generated. Please send us a support ticket at the below link if you’re still having any issues so we can take a closer look.
Unfortunately though you wouldn’t be able to change the way the images are used as a background elementw without modifying the theme templates themselves and the styling for this. However we would not be able to assist with custom changes/alterations such as this.

Hello. Im trying to setup my homepage with your visual composer woocommerce modules but there is no limitation of number of products showed. Only if i set specific product id’s . When i set a category shows all products and i will have alot of products. Is there a way to limit this? Also is there a way to use shortcodes in mega menu ? I see Plain html option but its not loading the shortcode for exaple this one – [htheme_woocategory_slug htheme_woocategory_layout=”full_width_caro” htheme_woocategory_ids=”150, 182, 181”] . Also can you tell me how to use load more option from vc modules in shop page? I would like to remove pagination and use load more. Since you have integrated one i dont need to add extra plugins for this.
Also i have notice that alot of visual composer modules are removed by you. How to enable them without editing core files ?

Unfortunately the product category elements do not have currently have an option to set a limit for the number of products show but we’ll definitely look into resolving this with the next update.
The mega menu however does not support the use of shortocodes so it will not be possible to include a shortcode within the dropdown.
For the shop page as generated by WooCommerce to list your products ( which provides the option to have a shop sidebar ) there is not an option switch between using pagination or a ‘load more’ button as with the ‘Products’ page element.
We can definitely enable the default Visual Composer elements and this can be done by navigating to the ‘Appearance > inVogue Settings’ page and amending the page URL by adding &visual=yes and navigating to this page i.e. the link would be http://www.yoursite.com/wp-adming/themes.php?page=htheme_settings&visual=yes . From this link you’ll then see the ‘Visual Composer’ tab be available, just above the ‘Mega Menu’ link. From the ‘Visual Composer’ tab of the theme settings you’ll just need to tick the ‘Enable default VC elements’ checkbox and save the theme settings. Please note we don’t recommend disabling this once enabled.

Only one style/layout option is available for the single product page so you would not be able to adjust this in that regard. Any changes to this would require manually editing the page template.

Hello, can you tell me how to make my Instagram feed fullscreen? I’m using the “New Range” layout for my homepage with the default Instagram layout. In the demo, the layout is full width of the screen, however, my feed is contained or boxed. Is there a way to make it full screen/width? Thanks!
Hi We have 3 different Instagram layouts as you will see in the Instagram Element backend. These are Mosaic Layout One, Mosaic Layout Two and Default. The default one is the only one that can be set to full width as seen on our home page. http://invogue.heroplugins.com/

1 – Translations would require the use of a plugin such as WPML (which we would recommend) or Polylang. Alternatively you can also use a plugin such as Contact Form 7 to create a custom form if you need to modify any fields.
2 – Unfortunately though the map element does not support a full screen display so this would not be possible.

How do we make the sidebars active on the homepage we’ve tried multiple ways but it’s not letting us? How come this is not working? Do you offer Skype support as well?

The sidebars for the theme are included only for the ‘Blog’ and ‘Shop’ pages and there is not a site wide sidebar. However if you’ve set your site’s front page to be your blog posts within the ‘Reading’ settings in WordPress you should then just need to set the option to use a blog sidebar on the ‘inVogue Settings > Blog’ tab. Just depending on the setup we can then look at activating the header slider for you on this section as by default the blog page does have a slider function.
I’ve also sent through a reply to your ticket with info regarding contact over Skype.

we sent a mail 2 weeks before with questions but we don’t get an answer till yet. ( see mail from mail@nixundalles.de) Anyway.. one of the questions we solved in an other way but now we have another questions and we hope you can assist us. We want to build a page like this http://invogue.heroplugins.com/lookbooks/?look=2 but in the backend is only the template for the simple lookbook. So, how we can create this extraordinary design? and which plugin you use for grouped products? (http://invogue.heroplugins.com/product/rocker/) Woocommerce haven’t this functionality in a new fresh install.

I’ve had a look through our support tickets but couldn’t seem to locate one from the email address provided. Could you please let me know the ticket number so that I can try and locate the ticket itself? You would have received an email when submitting the ticket with this number.
For the Lookbook layout style you would be able to change this on the ‘inVogue Settings > Lookbooks’ tab by changing the option for the ‘Lookbook archive layout’ dropdown.
With grouped products however this is done through WooCoomerce and no additional plugin is required. I’ve included a link below to the WooCommerce documentation page for an overview on how grouped products are created.

In order to disable this it would be necessary to edit the theme files directly in order to remove the send functionality for either the client or admin. For translations however this can be done through WPML, which we would recommend, or alternatively through Polylang. Although if you do need to customize the contact form in anyway by removing or adding fields or customizing the content of the email unfortunately this isn’t possible with the default contact from element and in this case we would rather recommend using a contact form plugin such as ‘Contact Form 7’ in order to create/customize the contact form as required.

We are using 700×850px (72dpi) images on the site for all products. 1000×1000px product images can also work, but you always need do keep in mind that the product list is portrait, so the left and right sides will be cut off.

Our demo site is used to showcase the different elements and styling of the theme so it includes some custom created content in order to achieve this i.e. multiple blog pages and lookbook pages to showcase the different layouts of the same content so unfortunately its not possible to replicate the exact same features on your site without these custom changes.
The demo import created when this is run on your site is intended to create a few example pages, posts and products in order to help you get going with replacing and adding in your own custom content and creating new pages as required so its not possible for it to be exactly the same as our demo website.
