Hi guys. When is this theme going to support Woocommerce 3.x anything?! I’ve invested hundreds of hours on a site using this theme and I’m getting frustrated with the lack of support around newer versions of WC. Are you done with this template? Two minor bug releases this week – and zero action on this issue?! If you’re no longer developing this theme in a meaningful way can you let us know? Thanks.

Hi, if you’re using a child theme, you only need to update the parent theme in order to get the changes.

you can add a “Blog” block and using the filter options to create a sort of archive or use the “widget area” block and add a category widget.

You might want to achieve that with some custom CSS:
@media screen and (max-width: 797px) {
.thb-skin-light #logo .thb-white-logo {
width: 40% !important;
margin-top: 1em;
}
}
Tweak those two parameters to make the logo smaller on mobile devices and center it vertically.
Concerning your other question, unfortunately that’s not possible, as mobile browsers do not allow autoplayback.

This theme doesn’t appear to be compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce 3.1.0. Looks like you’re calling undefined functions in woo_options.php (namely one_woocommerce_version_check() ). This causes a fatal error and a blank white page. Deactivating WooCommerce (or using a different Theme) fixes the issue. Please update.
Also, the template files (cart.php, product_image.php and add-to-cart.php need to be updated in your download package).
Looks like this latest version is using the wrong function in woo_options.php. Replaced one_woocommerce_version_check() with thb_get_woocommerce_version() – which is referenced in helpers.php. The site works now. That should be updated though to prevent it from happening on the next update.

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to make the full screen header be a randomized header rather then a slider? So still have multiple images in full header, but instead of a slider, each time someone comes to page it will change to one of X number of images. Thanks!

I’m comparing you Voyager theme and Fenix. I love the map in Voyager but it looks like there are more options with the Brix page builder that Fenix uses. Are there any features that the Brix page builder has that is missing in the Voyager one?

Hi thank you for your response! I’m working on a website that will have a few different features. One is a blog which will eventually have the ability for users to publish articles on the front end – which if any of your themes make that easier that would be great. The other part will be listings for businesses which is why I like the map feature
For both sections, a solid page builder is really important to me
The map functionality is not present yet on Fenix, we are working on a new block, you can search for an external plugin for this functionality.
Voyager is more travel oriented, but can work fine also for your project. Fenix instead is a multipurpose theme with a really solid page builder that can be extended and is more flexible.

The page builder in Voyager is not limited, it’s a different page builder that works only with that theme, with Fenix you get a license of Brix https://www.brixbuilder.com/. By the way we haven’t a precise schedule for this feature but is an high priority builder block.

Excellent thank you so much for your help. I think I’ll go with Fenix And just to make sure I understand. The Brix license is for the full featured product of Brix and as long as have the Fenix installed, I will not have to renew the Brix subscription?

Brix package is included in the theme and will be updated every theme the theme receive an update, there isn’t a license included, but yes, the version included is the complete one not the “lite” version available on WordPress.org.

Hi guys, I am trying to link a different internal page link when I click on a portfolio item in the portfolio loop. I put the internal link in the Project Data>External URL( Insert here an external URL to link to in Portfolio pages directly.) But no luck. Any ideas on how to solve this issue? Thanks

Hi, I bought this theme a couple of days ago and am finding it very unuser friendly. 4 out of every 5 times that I update a page or post or trip I get this message:
Request Timeout
Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client.
And then I have to re-do all the work I’ve just done – this is infuriating! I have built sites in the past and never encountered this before.
I am also having issues with the trip maps. I want to add pins with captions and images on to my maps as in this demo http://purethe.me/demo/?theme=wpv but whatever I do nothing happens. I can get a generic google maps pin and a label of the place but no description or image.
Finally, on the demo it says there are several homepage choices – well on the version I have bought and installed (which is the latest) there is no where to install any of these homepages. Where can I find this?
Please help as currently I am thinking I wasted my hard earned cash on a theme that just seems intolerable.

Hi, thanks for your response. I had someone look at my laptop and they managed to speed it up. I don’t know how. I am having some issues with the responsiveness of the website – on laptops and computers it looks great, but on mobile and tablet it’s terrible.
The feature photo I am having the same problem as the user atoine (a comment 3 months ago) and I have tried adding the css you suggested @media screen and (max-width: 797px) { .thb-section .thb-section-extra[data-parallax=”1”] { background-position: left top; } } but it did not help.
The subtitles to the slider images are not fully showing on mobile mode either.
Also on mobile I cannot click the menu without clicking the website name/logo and therefore all it does is redirect to the home page – I can only navigate to other pages by turning my phone around so it is horizontal.
Can you help?
Also on mobile the sidebar shows up at the bottom of the page, not the sidebar, and when I turn the mobile horizontal the photos in the main body of the text do not adjust size so are not in line with the text. Is there a fix for this?
