I did and you have not answered it! I am on a deadline, how are you providing a professional service when you don’t answer your tickets and when you do it takes forever and your answers are short, vague, and as nonspecific as humanly possible?

I want a refund, your instructions are completely scatterbrained, They start in one menu then skip to another undisclosed menu. How can you create such a nice looking product and not take the time to make a legible, understandable set of instructions on how to use it?

You have wasted 12 hours of my production time today and I want a refund because you still have not answered my ticket and when you do I am certain it will be in the same vague and nonspecific, noncommittal way you answer the rest.

8 hours later I figured it out on my own with no support. The template is nice so I’m going to keep it, if it wasn’t so well made and if I wouldn’t have figured out what was wrong with it without any help from the author whatsoever, I would have returned it for a refund. There’s no reason to charge so much for a product and not give support for it or to give such lackadaisical support for it. I would rate it harshly but quite frankly the template is just too good to rate poorly even if the author would not give any support whatsoever. Very disappointed in the level of “support” here, it is terrible.

This is just notification about missed arguments, looks like you didn’t fill some fields on the shortcodes, I’ve added extra condition to the module so the notifications will not show anymore, but this will not fix anything, because you need to fill out the fields on the shortcodes, via our Visual Shortcodes module.

We respond within 24hrs, like most of other authors. BTW, you posted only 1 ticket and we didn’t answer on it before. We only answered on it for the first time after 15hrs once you posted it.

We released the Drupal 8 version for our Rhythm theme, and now customers leave us bad reviews because the drupal 8 is still not so stable and don’t have a good documentation, so we want to make sure everything will work correctly before releasing this D8 version.

Thank you but my problem is general and very simple to reproduce, just after making a full install as described in Documentation (section Full Drupal Install), download i18n module and its dependency “Variable” module, activate them and sites is always responding with “Internal server error” ! I think Internationalization is so important for me and for any customer… Thank you for your theme and hope this will be fixed in next version.

1. Usually, if you have problems with website styles and this option is enabled then it’s mean that you don’t have correct permissions for the FILES directory and Drupal can’t save the aggregated CSS and JS files.
