Yes you can use Visual Composer for page builder. However if you want to create pages you saw on our demo site. You have to use theme’s content builder modules.

2. Most colors you saw on demo site could be changed via theme customizer. However if there are some elements you can’t change via theme customizer. We are happy to help guiding you change that.

Just a few issues, however….look at this photo – http://imgur.com/a/ibB1H – there is no menu on mobile, and look at the big gap between the CHECK AVAIL box and the next module. The iCloud calendar has an open API so it’s not doable. But you can sync the events on your iPhone with the Google Calendar and that would be doable in a WordPress calendar.

On our demo, we are using multiple large screenshots of styling so it displays sharply and it’s only on demo purpose. So some of them shouldn’t be issue when you installed theme.
You can also use 3rd party plugins to compress js/css files.
