Hello, I just purchased and installed your theme. Although it uses some sort of drag and drop the whole site uses shortcode. Most all sites I have worked on uses some sort of visual composer. This makes it very difficult to work on for non-coders. Very frustrated. Any advise?

Can I install another payment method other than PayPal?

Installed the theme and followed all the instructions step by step, but it looks nothing like the demo. Some errors were generated after the demo files were copied. Please contact me on my gmail asap. I need this site up in the next few days.

Hi! I want to show full description of all posts in the list-loop template of the posts. Currently it show up to 3 lines of description suffixed by three dots. Also I wanted to know why some of the content including some pages were missing after the demo import. I did everything as instructed in the documentation. I also mailed a couple of times earlier as suggested in my previous comments but never got any reply. Thank you.

I installed WordPress 4.7. and EduPress theme, plugin Page Builder by SiteOrigin and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.

Current main page is premade demo page (Home Alternative 02) provided by Edupress. then I added another Widgets from button “layouts – layouts directory – Dentist”.

But I cannot change background image and text, I tried changing again, I add the text or change image but when I save it it disappears and the premade image and text is still there.

Could you advice? or You may access my site and examine directly. I will give you testing ID and Password.

Hi I have been trying to remove a section from the “lp-profile” page but cant seem to figure it out? I would like to remove the “students enrolled” section like you did for the other course sections in my website. How do I go about removing it in the “lp-profile” section? I had a few things I would like to edit in my Edupress theme and I’m hoping you could help. I would like to remove/hide all the “student” and “review” info from the theme. Is there a way I can accomplish this?

Is it possible to use this theme just to sell courses and not use the LMS? We already have a separate LMS and are just looking for a website solution.

1 – Can I have a store in this template? To sell physical products.

2 – Can I sell recurring subscription (monthly) and have different subscription types? I would like to have courses available according to the type of subscription.

• I do not intend to sell courses individually. I want to sell a subscription so that buyers can access all material available on the site.

3 – Can I protect downloads from non-subscribers?

4 – Is it possible to put a calendar with updates for subscribers?

5 – Is it possible to use social login?

Doesn’t Learnpress work with your theme, or must I change a theme-setting or such?

I was told to contact your support via email, I did, and was contacted by sillagehill@gmail.com. Who stated that he was a support rep for your content, they asked me to provide my login information for Wordpress in order to assist me with the demo installation process, I obliged and it has been a few days since that conversation occurred. The support rep has not yet replied or assisted me with my website, I wondering now if I just gave my information away to some stranger acting as your representative. When I purchased this theme I was given 6 months of support with the package, I haven’t received any information that can help assist me in setting up my website. I read the files, and your theme is missing necessary plugins for my website to function properly. I will request a refund and leave a negative review on the store page for this product if I do not see any positive results in the near future.

Will it be possible to add offline courses without any option to pay. Instead of an option to pay there should be a pop up asking for contact information of the user. Is it possible? Please reply ASAP
