Just purchased the theme, it’s really amazing! Great and tidy work
Two “bugs” noticed (FOUC, flash of unstyled content) :
1) If I’m browsing from phone (Android 6, latest Chrome, but any mobile environment would do) with a moderator/administrator account and clicking the Board Index breadcumb link (just under the header, or any other Board Index link), you happen to see the FAQ ACP MCP flashing links in navbar before they get inside the Quick Links dropdown.
This happen with additional links in the navbar also.
2) When I click Board Index breadcumb link (just under the header, or any other Board Index link), the panels flashes, while the other theme layout remain the same as should do.
While the second bug is minor compared to the first, is there a way to fix those? Or at least fixing the first one? So I can add links to the navbar and they get auto included into Quick Links without showing that bug on mobile?

Yep! The Milk theme is compatible with all official extensions, and shouldn’t have a problem running any unofficial extensions either
At the moment end users can’t choose between light/dark, but this is something we’ll be building into the style very soon. In the meantime if you contact us after purchase, we can provide instructions to run two versions of the theme alongside each other so your members can choose in their User Control Panels.

It’s not possible to implement this in a front-end theme, but if there are any extensions that support this, there won’t be any issue running them on the Milk Theme.

Hi there, does anyone have a technique to have links in the forum posts pop up into new tabs instead of taking you out of the forum? I know that phpBB doesn’t do it by default and there are a few hacks out there but I think they are for prosilver and previous phpBB versions.

I installed this today on my forum and love the ext that allows you to change the size of the logo and header etc, wish there was an easy way of changing the icons in the theme, therefore making it even more versatile..

Sadly this would be quite a big job, as we serve two different versions of the same image depending on whether the end user is on a high resolution device or not.
Taking the dark variants into account too, there are over 70 different icon images used! So it would be challenging to implement a simple way of changing these.
We appreciate the feedback though, and hope this doesn’t affect your forum too much!

The plugin i do have to admit i like,
Being able to change the logo and headerbar with ease makes it so much easier. and love the particles, wish there was a way of changing the particle styles, eg. Christmas you can change to snow flakes. or even if there was a way of having 2 headerbars, front and back, so the front could be an animated transparent gif that contained the animation like snow flakes..
I normaly create my main headerbar with the logo built in and then have the logo as an animation, but when resizing the headerbar with logo built in, can look really bad..
Anyway just an idea.. and dont even know if thats even possible to have 2 header bars 1 in back and 1 in front.
I know i was able to do things like that in html, but in this php forum its a whole different ball game.. maybe should dig around in there a bit more..

Is the default bg color on the dark theme changeable? I see the heading colors being changed, but don’t see option for changing the page bg colors.

This can’t be changed in the control panel, but can definitely be changed in the CSS files. We can’t do this for you, but will point you in the right direction if you contact us through the ‘support’ tab after purchase

It’s possible to insert Ads into the sidebar, although beyond this there isn’t advertisement functionality built in.
Having said that the Milk Theme supports all extensions, so if there are advertising extensions available, Milk will support them

I just bought your product for my PhpBB forum and am very satisfied. On the other hand, I have a problem with the logo. When I pass my cursor to the left or right of my logo, the particles do not follow my cursor.
But when I put the function: “Logo image location” empty, the Milk logo returns to normal and I can easily pass my cursor left and right to let the particles appear.

I have some issue with my forum, and phpbb staff thinks that it comes from Milk theme. Since the first time i signed out, i can’t sign in.
Problem 1 solved
I was not able to sign in or sign up. I edited files following the tuto at this address : http://forums.phpbb-fr.com/documentation/mise-a-jour/mise-a-jour-des-styles-de-phpbb-320-a-phpbb-321-a233-view.html, and now it worksProblem 2 not solved
To sign in is ok, but when i go in another page or refesh the page, i have to sign in again. Before i solve the problem 1, to sign in and to sign up worked only on Edge and IE, but not Chrome (CAPTCHA ERROR).Problem 3 not solved

What make us think that the problem comes form Milk is that when I uninstall Milk (thanls to sos_admin.php), the forum works perfectly…

The only thing I can think of is that your phpBB version and Milk Theme version might not be lining up, although generally that shouldn’t cause these kinds of issues.
Regarding the blank page on ACP, blank white pages are caused by PHP errors. The Milk Theme front-end doesn’t include any PHP code, and the extension doesn’t load until you click into the ‘extensions’ tab.
As no other customers have reported these problems, I am still led to believe that these issues aren’t caused by the Milk Theme.

Is it possible to change the language on the site with this theme?
Yep!
If you install a new language pack to phpBB, the Milk Theme will support this and show the new language.
Note that as the flightdeck extension uses language variables that aren’t included in phpBB language packs, this will remain in English.
