There is no barcelona-demo.xml on Barcelona 2.0 and it seems that Documentation is not updated.
You can use one click demo importer via https://tr.wordpress.org/plugins/one-click-demo-import/ on Barcelona Theme.
I created a new wordpress and used this tool to import all data. It failed sometimes but after some shots the full content was correct loaded. I used this second wordpress as reference to setup my main website. Thank you!

Hello, it’s me again.
I tried to contact support, but I did not receive a reply. So after a week of trying to run the theme, I completely want my money back.
Can’t change single post’s layout via Theme Options tab – all changes don’t apply on the site. So if you want to change layout of the post or switch on/off breadcrumbs, tag etc only way to do it is edit on the level of each post.
Standard widgets in these theme see site rubric by random, so I can’t organize materials on the main by rubric. Filter by tags also does not work.
After some changes made in Home Page 5 page became empty. So I can’t customize main page with my own content.
I chose this theme for a serious commercial project and I regret it.

I updated my preproduction website in order to test the new version of the theme but I have a lot of big problems: 1. Theme settings are empty/reset 2. Home page content (and other pages) are empty, even when I try to edit it 3. Posts are empty in front office but the content is still in the back office I already wrote you by email, but I have no answer. I don’t understand why we buy a theme with support if we don’t get any… Thanks in advance for your help

I’m trying to run Barselona 2.0 on my local PC (on local web server), and see a following problem in a Page Builder:

And Page Builder simple doesn’t work.
Please tell me, have you any ideas to fix it?

Hi, a very nice template, but I have some problems with it:
1. Shortcodes doesn’t work
2. Header Style – Cover Image, even if I try to upload an image, it doesn’t appear on the website

For everyone who is having issues updating, I had the same problem. Unfortunately I had to start a new WP installation and import all the old content. This was a tedious task which could have been avoided. However, there are still a ton of small issues with the new version that need to be addressed.

also tried to install v2 on the new clean WP (no external plugins) – got the same problems as on update from old one.
so waiting for fixing bugs, had to rollback to old version.

I can not find my ticket id, I was talking to you via email and instagram last time. You said it was ok. My theme has problems since the second updated you made and I am still waiting for the solution. 4 or 5 months ago I told you all the options that doesn´t work in my theme and you never reply to me. To buy the barcelona theme has been a nightmare since the beginner and you have never cared. You just show some interest when I leave a bad comment. It is time to solve the problem.
