Never mind. Found this on the Documentation:

Please note that the Frontend view for Visual Composer has been intentionally disabled since some of the added custom shortcodes require page reload because of script calculations, and due to this do not appear on the page while building with the Frontend view. The Frontend view can be used. However, while building your page some elements might not display properly until you refresh the page. If you would like to use the Frontend view, you can enable it by navigating to wp-content/themes/aoki/framework/modules/visualcomposer/visual-composer-config.php and in that file finding the following piece of code: if(function_exists(‘vc_disable_frontend’)){vc_disable_frontend();} and either removing or commenting it out. To disable the Frontend view again you just need to uncomment or return this code.

A good example would be your shop home layout… but with the standard header.

I noticed a bug on the shop home page as well. While the hero image above the navigation is responsive … if you resize your browser window, as the width gets smaller the slider goes down on the page with a large white gap. How can I address this issue?

So, just contact your hosting provider and ask to boost PHP version on your server. That should be helpful.

sorry but as I said, I want refund for this theme for now, I already bought different theme for that project due to big amount of bugs, even at your own server demo page of Aoki theme, not only at my hosting and demo data. Theme is not responsive, especially titles, some pictures and elements are not at right place on smaller smartphones like iPhone SE. So the main reason of refund is that theme is buggy and I already bought different theme for project, that means this theme is useless for me now. I wont change my decision. Theme design is mindblowing, I will give you that. Its really creative and so on, but responsiveness is really bad at some places.

So I would like to get refund, otherwise I will have to force envato to make it happend.

Good luck with sells! P.S.: Check for bugs for future sales.

1. Yes, demo content can be imported easily with Select import option.

2. Yes, side menu area and dotted button can be disabled from Theme options. Actually you just need to remove side area opener widget from header widget area.

3. With item purchase you will get 6 months of free support, and response time vary because of Theme Forest activity and amount of tickets but usual response is less then 24h, and average time is much better.

4. Yes, all home demo pages will be imported in single demo import, so you can use which elements we used on other pages so you can replicate them on your custom page which you are building.

Slider on home page is Slider revolution, and slider is available for import when you purchase the theme. Slider and sliding background will also work on touch devices.

Contact section is parallax section with background, except that background image is gif image with animation.
