It only happens after the PINK image (Hard Dot Stone), affecting the last 3 images. Before, no issue.

Dear Themezaa, I did not hear back from you regarding the Bug. Did you have a chance to view the video? It is clearly an issue on Chrome. We have already checked in Windows 10 Pro and Mac OS, Chrome but we were not able to replicate the issue and we have not received that type of request from any existing users as well. So can you please remove your browser cache and try again or check in some other machine. I will try to get you the video from our testing also.

You already told us that on your screen, no issues. But we are now testing on 5 different computers, they ALL show the same effect as on our video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dVnottcdZE

Do note that we are not inventing the BUG, it is there, so please take it seriously and don’t ignore it. Many systems might showing the same effect. We are here to help you, nothing else. As we would like to use your template in good working order. Don’t take it personally, lets sit down and fix the issue.

Please change your screen setting to 2560×1440. We are using Eizo large screens, but also on other machines the same issue.

It would be good if you could check your codes, as there is something wrong with the screen width, bringing a horizontal control bar on Chrome trying to cope with the extra width space. As the elements gets outside the boundaries, Chrome adds the sliding bar. It can be correct for sure.

We always welcome feedback from our users and not trying to avoid / ignore your message otherwise we would have stop answering your comment. The problem is we are not able to replicate, so it is difficult for us to think about a solution. We have checked in 1920px resolution but we will check in 2560px resolution also to find out more on this and will update you once we will hear from our technical team.

Thank you ThemeZaa. We have not invented the video, there is 100% an issue which needs to be corrected, as we are using latest software with premium hardware.

Most users today have screens far above 1920px resolution. You should upgrade your test facility and get high-end graphic cards, as they represent the majority of creative users interested in templates like yours.

If you need any further assistance, please contact me. We are willing to help you resolving the issue, as it is mostly in our interest to have a great working template like POFO.

We have tried in all devices as mentioned before and now in high resolution display also but there was no issue found. But then we checked your video again carefully and found that you have installed Pintrest chrome extension which is adding some extra DIV elements in the page source to have their pin button on images and that is conflicting the slider, so either you can remove that extension or that can be resolved by adding overflow hidden css property in page body.

HTML or WordPress – that depends on your need. If you are looking to have WordPress website then you can use WordPress theme but for that you will need to wait. And if you are looking to develop static HTML or custom built dynamic website using HTML/CSS templates as a base then you can go for HTML template.

Yes you can use HTML5 video to play self-hosted video files as per this demo page – http://www.themezaa.com/html/pofo/blog-standard-with-left-sidebar.html (check HTML5 video post). That will be HTML5 video player and if you want to make it look and function exactly like reference site then you will need to customise the HTML/CSS/JS code as per your need.

Wow cool. This is my first time buying a HTML template, 1. from what I know, after I buy the template, i have to choose which one i want to use right? then i just need to change the img url and text?

2. after that i also have to edit the portfolio details page right? last question,

1 & 2. Yes you can choose your desired pages and change the content and placeholder images as per your need in HTML page using any text editor.

3. Those prev / next links are static and those will not add links automatically as this is static HTML/CSS template and not a WordPress or any other CMS.

So in short you will need to change content / images in HTML and need to customise CSS code if you want different styling, colors, etc… as per your need.

We have submitted WP theme for Envato review already, so that depends on their review time (which is approx. 26 days at the moment) and then the time taken by any revisions we need to do. So most probably it should be live by end of next month if everything goes fine.
