I have purchased your template called Simplecart open template in 12 designs. I am trying to remove the wishlist, downloads from the Account list and the Sitemap. I have managed to do this on the default opencart but all the pages I am trying to access do not exist on your template. Can you point me to the right places. I am searching for: catalog\view\template\simpleblack\module\account.tpl but nothing is showing in the module there seems to be a whole list of pages not there. Hope you can help many thanks
Hi, Simplecart comes with necessary file and other file which are not present will take from default theme.
So if you want to make change in account.tpl then go to default theme and open account.tpl file and modify it and save it.

I was told to change
/default
to
catalog/view/theme/simplecart-black/template/common/header.tpl
as I’m using a custom template, however this path doesn’t exist within your template file struture, just a ‘common’ folder.
The xml works with the default theme as I tested it with this and it removes wishlist etc. but it won’t for your template. Any ideas how this could be done? thanks

From admin you can select template.
Go to System—> Settings, click on Edit link then store tab now you can see Template Option, select the template u want.
I have a gentle module custom footer but I don’t know how to delete it

Have you install any new module?? if so add module correctly.

For that you need to go to tpl files like category, product etc., best would be hire expect, bocz it is tough to teach customizations.

I have installed the opencart successfully, http://themobileinternetshow.com/store , I can login also to my admin dashboard.
I have also followed your instruction about this, “Click on you installation Root Folder then open Catalog folder after that click on View folder and then on theme and paste template over here.”,
my question how can I activate that theme? I am still seeing the default homepage of the opencart.
I understand it’s the template folder together with the files inside need to be pasted on the “theme” folder.
