hello, on all text blocks, features large and small , I can’t expand column but i can expand column on accordion !. I tested on the following browser with or without plugins: Goolgle Chrome, firefox, Opera and safari, and its same ….
I have tested again and found that this is not broken. You may need to slightly adjust where you right click to catch the correct column.

Hello, it’s possible you’ll need to do an un-cached refresh – you may be getting the old CSS file which could be causing abnormalities. I’ve double-checked just now and am seeing the demo correctly.
Most of the images in the V2 Variant blocks have been taken with a too skinny resolution.
Eg, have a look at img/sections/variant-cover-features-1.jpg or img/sections/variant-features-small-3.jpg
Thanks for that – it appears that the screenshotter has missed the new CSS. The blocks still appear and function correctly in the builder, however

NOTES ON UPDATING
- If you are new to Stack with v2.0.0, this does not affect you. Happy building!
- Old pages and websites will not break if left unchanged with Bootstrap 3.
- Upgrading Stack to Bootstrap 4 primarily changes Stack’s HTML, mostly around the nesting of rows and columns.
- Most elements still use the same HTML.
- If you have old pages, we recommend leaving them un-updated as the work involved is painstaking and tedious.
- Rebuild old pages on the new HTML base if absolutely necessary.
- Updating existing pages is a manual process of rearranging HTML.
- Variant now uses Bootstrap 4 also, and saved Variant pages will appear broken in Variant, but exported to HTML will function fine when used with old Bootstrap 3 CSS.
- There is no way to transform old pages to new pages in Variant.
- New pages can coexist on the same site with old pages, just make sure your old and new pages reference a different bootstrap.css.

I noticed that the Bootstrap 4 update release is imminent. I am going to be starting a new website either today or sometime within the next few days. I’m just wondering if I should wait for this update. Is it going to be out within the next few days? Thanks
Hi, yes we are releasing in the next few days. You can purchase now to become familiar with the template first, then when the update is released you can simply re-download the package to get the Bootstrap 4.0.0 update.

Hello I’m using this template to create my own website with angular 5. In my index page I have few sections, which one of them is the suscription section, it works well in the first load of the web (https://i.gyazo.com/041075207ada5fa70690f6788662787a.png) but when i navigate to another route and go back, the section sort of disppears, but if double click where the text supouse to be, I can highlight it (https://i.gyazo.com/1d3f00387f7e0505d44fb04790bf9086.png)
It also happens with the blog header… The first load it works (https://i.gyazo.com/33c263f1a1fb94eda3eb1c4505e6bbff.png) but when i navigate to another route and get back, the image disappears… (https://i.gyazo.com/2c1ff270f2d7abec160205ffc9426d29.png)
I don’t know what could be happening, if you could give me some help please…

Hi. I must be missing something but the datepicker is showing behind other input fields. I’ve tried changing the z-index and repositioning the datepicker field without success. Can you help please?

The navigation is placed by default at the top of page, is there a way to place somewhere else, for example under the header.

Unfortunately there is no default way to do this – you’d need to place the navigation at other areas using some custom CSS, you can add this to your custom.css file.

When I am using the sections Tabs horizontal 1 and Tabs vertical 2 and fill in text or copy-paste text, and after that switch pages, the text associated with the tabs disappears. Only the tab titles stay. Is there a bug in these tab sections?
How can I make the text linked to the tabs appear again?

Do you provide SASS files?
Can any elements be combined together in a row? For example, in the builder I was unable to add a form and an accordion in to a row together as they came “prebuilt” with other elements.

Yes the LESS files files come with Stack, but no, the blocks cannot be combined in the builder, meaning that each section is pre-built and cannot be mixed in with other part of other blocks.
If you are planning to work in HTML then yes, of course you can achieve whatever mix you wish.

Hi there, how do you know what CSS and JS lines need to be included in the Head and Footer of each page? About 70% of the pages seem to use the same, but then other pages use additional lines. How do you know what is required for each UI component?
Hi,
Most files are included in the demo pages but you don’t need to include every line in yours. You can decide which JS references your page requires by assessing which blocks you have included. Some plugins are for sliders, some for masonry layout… Please open a ticket if you need a full explanation of each.
When using Variant, your pages will output with only the required CSS and JS included in the head and foot, as Variant can detect which are required by each section.

Custom Icons cannot be added to Variant easily. If your icons are packaged as a font, it is possible to implement them in an HTML page, but we don’t support this.

oke thank you for replying, but for cover video 2, how to setup for autoplay?
In this case, you’d just use a default <iframe> instead of the video-cover element, and you’d ensure your’e setting autoplay to ‘true’ when you grab the embed code from youtube or vimeo
It looks great, thanks, but is there any option to include all JS plugins with NPM? I am using NUXT.JS and it’s a real pain to use those separate manual JS files. Right now I can not use the theme as navigation does not work and other plugins are broken too.
Not all plugins required by Stack are available on npm. I found this in the Nuxt docs:
“If you don’t want to use webpacked Assets from the assets directory, you can create and use the static directory in your project root directory.
These files will be automatically served by Nuxt and accessible in your project root URL.”
What errors are you seeing related to the navigation? Stack’s scripts.js will most likely be required in order for all of Stack’s features to work properly – which I think you could place in the static folder as mentioned above.

Is there a way to start the Typed Text after a few seconds after loading the page? (I guess it’s possible with a setTimeout.) My knowledge of Javascript is unfortunately quite small.

Oh got it! Just write a few komma’s before the word you want to be typed after a few seconds.
