Hi there,
I bought the theme a while ago, but I only just realised that there seems to be issue with the ordering of the portfolio items when the browser is resized.
I have my portfolio as a grid and I am using the Custom Order option. I have sorted out my order through Sort Portfolio with the right order.
The only time the order is correct is when it is resized down to a mobile size browser, but when I resize to make it tablet or laptop size, some items start shuffling around.
Is this a glitch or am I missing something?
I can’t get WP Bakery to work – it says I need to purchase a license.
Hi,
There is no need to purchase a license. WP Bakery is already included in the theme, make sure it’s installed and activated.
Thanks.
Hi, i purchesed the Kraft Theme that works with WPBakery. Do i really have to purchase that plugin in order to get updates?!
Hi,
WPBakery is included in the theme and there is no need to purchase it.
We update the theme from time to time with updated plugins so you can update the theme.
Don’t update the plugins.
Thanks.
Hello, I purchased your theme to create a website and everything works fine.
On my project page though I wanted to make some customization on the way filter works (to explain: all the images are greyscale then when hover they become colored and when I click on a filter those images related to the filter become colored, when clicking on another filter those selected go back to greyscale and those of the 2nd filter become colored).
Is it something doable with your theme?
Thanks for your prompt reply
Hi,
It’s possible to greyscale all the images and color them on hover, but it’s not possible to greyscale them based on the filter.
Thanks.
Hi there,
Since using the theme I seem to be experiencing really long page load times – all images have been compressed as much as I normally would for any online use, however it seems to be taking quite a long time still to load pages.
Site is at www.greatergood.co.uk
Thanks,
Dan
Hi,
We will check this and get back to you.
Thanks.
Hi,
We have checked the website on two different system at two different locations and didn’t find any speed issues.
The website load time was fine for us.
Is there any specific page that is taking time or the whole website?
Thanks.
Hi there,
I’ve checked the site on multiple machines in different places as I work freelance and I’ve found the load time to be the same in each place.
Thanks
Hi,
We will your website again and get back to you ASAP.
Thanks.
Hi,
Using plugin would be a better option to optimize the speed of the website.
You can use ‘W3 Total Cache’ plugin, it’s free.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/Thanks.
Hi I already posted the question with an other account but with this account you can see I bought the theme
I’m building a site like this one https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/HGFAAXO43#/screens/272918085
In addition to the portfolio, I need two blog pages, each with different post categories (Eventi and Curiosità). I’m using custom layout blog page with post grid set to “Narrow data source” in order to select one category for each blog page.
The issue is: If i select the “Theme style” as display style in the Post Grid Settings, the “Narrow data source” settings won’t work (all post categories will be shown).
It does work with all others display styles but I need to use the theme’s layout (that’s why I bought the theme).
can you help me? thank you
Thank you but the site is still not online (I’m working on wamp server).
For now, I solved using the classic display styles with some css customization. I’m still not sure i prefer the current solution to the planned one.
In case, I might be back to you after have put the site online
okay
.
Hi there,
How can I change the background colour of the hover dropdown menu across all devices (normal and mobile). I’d also like to make the font slightly larger?
Thanks,
Dan
http://i67.tinypic.com/2wlv6g9.pngHi,
Put the following css in ‘Appearance > Theme Options > Custom CSS’ with the preferred values.
#header.standard .header-wrapper #main-menu>ul>li .level-two .level-three,
#header.standard .header-wrapper #main-menu>ul>li .level-two {
background-color: #151515;
}
#header.standard .header-wrapper #main-menu>ul>li .level-two a, #header.standard .header-wrapper #main-menu>ul>li .level-three a{
font-size:12px
}
Thanks.
Hi there, I’ve tried this and it doesn’t work at all, I’ve also tried changing the #main-menu reference to correlate with the header name in backend and it still doesn’t work… Any help?
Hi There, I have installed the blog with the side bar but the sidebar is missing. I have selected the sidebar option everywhere i can find it. Can you please assist?
Hi,
Add widgets to the blog page sidebar from Appearance > Widgets
Thanks
Hello! is there something off with the drop down menus? Noticed on the demo that unless I move the mouse slowly and pause they just disappear?
Hi,
We have used a plugin to delay the hover of the dropdown, however delay can be removed completely or can be adjusted.
Thanks.
Ok thanks. Just one other question: can the logo and the menu be centred (logo on top) without spending 100USD on customisation work??
Hi,
Centered logo (logo on top) is already there in the theme. If there is still any minor customisation work, we will do it without any cost.
Thanks.
thanks!
Hi there I need to build a website with 3 post categories; one category will be showed in portfolio with filters, the others will be used in blog-like pages.
Basically, It’s going to be a website for a touristical guide with 3 post categories: Eventi (events) – News ordered by date – I’d like to use the blog/list style layout Curiosità (fun facts) – A Blog – I’d like to use the blog/classic layout Itinerari (cultural itinerary) – A Homepage with portfolio with thematic filters – I’d like to use the Home/home-cetered-menu layout
This is the link to the website wireframe https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/HGFAAXO43#/screens/272918085
Can you confirm this structure can be implemented with your theme? thank you very much
Vincenzo
Hi,
The structure shown in the wireframe and the requirements mentioned is possible in the theme.
You may have to use third party image slider if you want to show title/subtitle and description over the image.
Thanks.
Thank you I got the theme and I’m working on the site but I’ve a major issue: As I told you, I need two blog pages, each with different post categories (Eventi and Curiosità). I’m using custom layout blog page with post grid set to “Narrow data source”.
The issue is: If i select the “Theme style” as display style in the Post Grid Settings, the “Narrow data source” settings won’t work (all post categories will be shown).
It works with all others display styles instead but I need to use the theme’s layout (that’s why I bought the theme).
can you help me? thank you
(I can give you the purchase code if needed)
Hello, the filters for the portfolio-section don’t work (they are set correctly for the items though). What can I do? Website: http://vagabonding.lisamueller.ch/index.php/blog/ Thanks!
Hi,
1. Download the latest copy from themeforest and update the theme. If you download and just replace 2 files, that would be sufficient.
1. portfolio_section.php (wp-content\themes\kraft\shortcodes) 2. portfolio-functions.php (wp-content\themes\kraft\core\functions)
Thanks.
Hello, i really like your theme.
I was just wondering if it is possible to fix the menu (including the logo) and make the background of the menu transparent.
Thanks, Charlotte
Hi,
It’s possible via custom css, once u purchase the theme then we can help you with it.
Thanks.
Thanks a to for the quick answer. Very convincing. Just one more question (sorry): Is it also possible to place the Logo more left and the first menu more right? So they are not in the same column as the Portfolio Thumbnails? Thanks
Hi,
Yes it’s possible.
Thanks.
Hi,
I would like to know how or in which part of the CSS I can edit the main menu for the responsive mobile version: black background color, typography etc.
Thank you very much
Hi,
You can put the following css in ‘Appearance > Theme options > custom css’ with your preferred values.
@media (max-width: 768px) {
// This is for dropdown background color
#header.standard .header-wrapper #main-menu {
background-color:#151515;
}
// This is for menu link color and font-size
#header.standard .header-wrapper #main-menu>ul>li>a{
color: #656565 !important;
font-size: 12px !important;
}
}
And one last question,
Is it possible for the background color to cover the full screen?
Than you so much
Hi,
Yes it’s possible, edit the row settings and choose the option ‘Stretch row’ under Row stretch tab.
Thanks.
Hi,
I’m not able to find where the row settings are…Could you please help me? I would also like to remove the stripes that appear in the responsive menu, how can I do that?
Thanks!
Hi,
1. Please check the ‘Page Builder’ Section (Page Builder Basics) in the documentation for row settings.
2. If you remove the stripes, the menu won’t be accessible.
Thanks.
Hi,
1. I know how to edit a row, but I don’t understand what I have to edit… I don’t know if you understand the question… What I want is for the responsive menu background to cover the full screen. I don’t see any row about this…
2. If I can’t remove the stripes, can I at least change the color? Where can I do it?
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you!
Hi,
1. I have add some css in custom css, so please check the menu and let me know if that’s what you want.
2. Yes, you can change the color via custom css. Put the following css in custom css with your preferred background color.
#header.standard .header-wrapper #menu-trigger span:before, #header.standard .header-wrapper #menu-trigger span:after, #header.standard .header-wrapper #menu-trigger span{
background-color: #000;
}
Thanks
Yes, perfect thanks! But would it also be possible to cover the top? Thank you very much!
Hi,
I am afraid, it’s not possible.
Thanks.
Ok! Not problem!
And, for the second question, with the code you gave me, it change the menu bars… I was referring, in the responsive menu, the lines that appear between the different sections… do you know what I mean?
Hi,
I have removed the border from the menu, Please check if that’s what you wanted.
Thanks.
That’s it! Thank you!
Hi,
Continuing with the responsive version, I have some questions:
1. When scrolling, behind the background you see the rest of the webpage… Is it possible that the background goes all the way down to the bottom of the scroll?
2. A grey bar appears between the logo and the text “We provide Design Solutions…”. Is it possible to remove it?
Thank you very much!
Hi,
1. It’s not possible currently.
2. I have removed the grey bar.
Thanks.
Hi,
I have some new questions, I hope you can solve them for me.
1. In the design of my page I have selected the full with model, with left and right margins of 70px for the main menu. I’m trying to put this width with a percentage, instead of a fixed value, but it doesn’t seem to work, which is a problem for the responsive version. Is there any option to put these margins with a percentage? Or better yet, can I edit those margins for the responsive version and not 70px?
In the responsive version, the width of the pop-up menu seems to be also taking into account that 70 px margin instead of adapting to the full width of the screen…Is it possible that the pop-up menu does not take that width into account? I’ll leave you the URL in case you find it easier to understand what I’m saying: http://www.alexandralonso.es
3. I would like to change the copyright size of the page in the footer, but I don’t see how I can do it… I would also like to increase the size of the social networking icons on the footer and I don’t know how either.
Thank you very much!
Hi,
I will check the website and get back to you.
Thanks.
Hi,
Any news about these issues?
Thanks!
Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
1 Margin will only accept px and not ’%’. If you want to keep 70px for the larger screen and remove the right/left margin for smaller screen, then you can do it using the media query as given below. Put the code in ‘Appearance > Theme Options > Custom CSS’.
@media all and (max-width:768px){
#header.standard{
margin-left:0;
margin-right:0;
}
}
3. You can change text/icon and font size via custom CSS using the code given below.
#footer.standard .copyrights p{
font-size:12px;
}
#footer.standard .footer-socials a i{
font-size:18px;
}
Thanks.
Thank you very much for your answer, but with the CSS you provide me to change the size of the footer content, it just change it in the responsive version. How do I change it also in the desktop version?
Thanks!
Hi,
The code remains the same, don’t put them inside media query. Put the code outside media query closing bracket.
Thanks.
Hey there, first of all. Love the theme. basically super easy to use.

Hi,
‘Backend Editor’ was not enabled. Please make sure that you click on ‘Backend Editor’ to activate it and you will be able to use visual composer.
Also there is a Warning in the page ‘Warning: getimagesize():’, to solve this contact your hosting provider as this means that you have disabled or it was already disabled the following option in your php.ini: -> allow_url_fopen. This directive has been set to Off
Please ask them to check that and re-enable it for you.
Thanks.
Oh perfect. thanks. this mistake wont happen again.
i also saw the warning. it appeared after i updated the theme from 1.1 to 1.3 so i am pretty sure my provider didnt change anything. any other idea how i could get rid of this warning?
thanks for the brilliant support. Carola
Hi,
The updated theme has some code which require that settings to be done on the server, it was not required in the old version of the theme.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable ‘allow_url_fopen’.
Thanks.
Hey there… now i understand. thanks a lot.
great support. Thanks, c
Is there a ‘how-to’ guide for this theme?

Hi! I have a problem with that theme. I´m using the portfolio slider on my page. When I open a project, the slider (sometimes) doesn´t shows the first image. When it runs to the second image it’s OK. I think the problem is because the slider does not charge correctly the frame of the first image. I don´t know how to solve it. Can you help me?
Sorry for my english. You can see it opening a project with images (not with video works) on my portfolio section: www.micocographics.com
Hi,
This isn’t our theme, kindly get in touch with the correct author.
Thanks.
Hi! It’s not the complete theme, but I bought the theme only for use the portfolio. I have created all the web by myself, and the Kraft theme is used only when you click in a project. If you go to portfolio and check, for example, the Watusi project, you can see the problem. Hope you can help me. Thanks!

Hi,
Is it possible that, for pages where the content does not fill the full screen, the footer is always kept down? That is to say, that the footer had its margin with respect to the bottom of the page. I do not know if I have explained myself correctly…
And another question, is it possible that the picture in the “About me” section will take up the total width of the screen?
Thank you
Hi,
Currently, it not possible to stick the footer at the bottom.
Yes, it’s possible to stretch the picture to full width of the screen. To do this edit the row where the image is and in row settings set ‘Row Stretch’ to ‘Stretch row and content (no paddings)
Thanks.

Hi
Sorry another question.
I’ve imported the demo so I can adapt it, so my blog page is automatically set to ‘posts page’. However I can’t get it to show the hamburger menu like all my other pages do. I’m selecting it in the editor but it’s not working. Please can you advise?
Thank you
Ellie
Hi,
In WordPress Dashboard go to ‘Appearance > Theme options > menu’ and select hamburger menu and save the changes.
Thanks.
Hi there
I’ve just purchased this theme and I love it but I’m struggling to create this as a home page:
http://demo.caliberthemes.com/wpthemes/kraft/minimal-portfolio2/home-hamburger-menu/Please could you advise? I am creating the portfolio projects individually but not sure how to make them appear on one page, with the header text?
Many thanks
Ellie
Hi,
As you have imported the demo content so now you have the page with portfolio and header text.
