I’ve recently went to download the latest theme for Scalia as I’m getting this message, “Your theme (Scalia Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.” I’m unable to use woocommerce because of this. Can you please let me know where I can get an updated file besides the version 1.0?

While I love the theme, customer support has been absolutely terrible! The author (Gregor) takes days to respond and when he finally does, he either doesn’t answer all questions, provides very vague responses that are not helpful or answers with solutions that have nothing to do with questions.
Despite purchasing the theme weeks ago and repeatedly sending the same questions, Gregor continues to not answer them.
Fortunately I have been able to figure out some of the answers on my own after spending several hours playing around in the theme. Unfortunately I still have several tasks that I am struggling with and not getting answers on.
I really don’t know what to do at this point. I am trying to avoid spending extra money to get consultation on the very things Gregor promised would be readily available in this theme and/or his support service would assist with. I can’t delay this much longer though.
I have informed Gregor multiple times that I am unhappy and frustrated but he hasn’t done a SINGLE thing to better this situation. He hasn’t made any effort to respond quicker or answer questions more thoroughly. I even requested that we schedule one day, 15 minutes together, to address all questions—he refused. We could have solved all my questions in 15 minutes time and he would have had a happy customer to promote his products and purchase from him in the future but instead he’d rather continue to delay my site’s completion.
I know that if any of my clients continued to stress dissatisfaction with my support services, that I would find a way to immediately resolve the situation but Gregor seems uninterested in either responding quicker, meeting with me for 15 minutes or working harder to understand my questions and answer ALL of them.
If you are not a web developer and/or do not plan on hiring one, do not assume or expect quality customer support. However, if you don’t mind going back and forth for 2-3 weeks, asking the same questions over and over again, you may get some of your questions answered. The rest you will have to figure out on your own, like I did or be forced to spend unnecessary money and hire someone to answer the questions the author is supposed to do.

Hi Justin. This is not true. We have already replied on tons of your questions, which can be read in our documentation. As we have told you, item support covers some bugs, issues, problems or specific questions with the theme. Your questions concern the theme functionality described in our documentation, so I asked you to be a bit more patient and to wait a bit, because we have another customers with issues which are indeed covered by support. We have already replied many times and continue to reply on your request. But you are still not satisfied. We have even offered a refund for your purchase and you have refused and gave us 2 star rating instead. Not good.
For many days, I have been going back and forth with the tech support person. While my initial directions were confusing, I have been crystal clear since that initial support ticket: Install the rocket landing page. Yet no matter how many times I say this, I am greeted with another message a day later reasking me if I want the rocket landing page. I don’t know how to get this done, as the directions in the documentation aren’t working for me, and the fellow at the other end of this communication won’t do as I ask.
Although the theme is absolutely beautiful, I am really struggling with the customer service and can only hope the thing gets installed soon!

1. You couldn’t install the „dear diary“ theme, our support colleagues have helped you with this, although this is actually not par of support according to envato support tule,s check here https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
2. You have also asked to install „Rocket Landing“ on top of „Dear Diary“ installation. We have explained you, that this are two different design concepts and if we will install it upon „Dear Diary“ there will be conflicts in fonts and styles. You have insisted on this installation and after we have made it, you were disappointed
Rocket Landing and Dear Diary are different in design and style approaches, you can choose one to use on one WP installation. You cannot mix both design concepts, because you will have style conflicts
How do you change the icons on the Portfolio images? The ones that show on hover?
On the homepage, i have 3 porfolio images, when you hover over them, the image zooms in, there is a dark overlay and an icon in the middle. There is currently a paper clip icon, I want the eyball.

since the last update end of november 2017 the login-button on the my-account-page doesn´t work any more. i have activated login and register process on the my-account-page. when i try to register the register-button works. when i try to login with an existing user it doesn´t work.
i deactivated all plugins – same result. i activated all plugins and deactivated scalia – it works. please let me know.
i purchased the theme, extended the support but for a bug since the last update i would find it strange to renew the support again

Could it be confirmed if Scalia v1.5.1 is compatible with the latest versions of WooCommerce (v3.2.6) and Wordpress (v4.9.2)? After installing updates the backend can no longer be accessed (500 internal server error). The error_log file, in the Wordpress root installation, displays the following error (which correlates with the date of the updates): “The woocommerce_get_page_id function is deprecated since version 3.0. Replace with wc_get_page_id.”
According to the update log (https://themeforest.net/item/scalia-multiconcept-business-shop-onepage-blog-theme/10785742#item-description__scalia-update-log) the last update was Nov 24th, 2017, in contrast to the Last Update specified in the theme details overview (below the rating), which reads “8 December 17” – which one is correct?

As per request, an email has been sent (using the contact form on the author page in-linked to), with the requested login details – please verify receipt of this message and these details.
To summarise the issues at hand:
- Compatibility issue with latest versions of WooCommerce (v3.3.2) and Scalia (v5.1).
- WooCommerce currently deactivated. To replicate the issue; reactivate WooCommerce
- The admin backend cannot be accessed while WooCommerce and Scalia are simultaneously activated (browser returns a 500 internal server error)
- Problem cannot be reproduced with any of the installed default Wordpress themes activated (while WooCommerce remains activated), this indicates that the issue lies with the Scalia theme

The latest update has been installed and activated, with the latest version of WooCommerce (ver 3.3.3 – updated 2 weeks ago) now running. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing the same problem: the backend cannot be accessed and 500 internal server error is returned. The error log is not indicating anything specific.
As of the typing of this response (12-0-2018) the latest version of Scalia (ver 1.5.2) still appears to be incompatible with the latest version of WooCommerce (ver 3.3.3) (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/#developers) – pending confirmation of this from Codex Themes.
Hi, I activated woo plugin and debug mode in the wp config file, can you provide some info what I need to make to see the 500 error? Or may be your see any page with the error? now there should be written the reason.

I have purchased your gem theme and interested in Scalia too, but while checking your sample website found that color swatches don’t work. if I choose the red color from the variations the main product photo doesn’t change to red color. doesn’t this theme support variations and color swatches?
