It’s already resolved in the update. By the way which version you’re using right now. As in our latest update we’ve lots of updates with the theme fixing bugs & making it more robust in usage. Please let us know.

Hi there, Thank you for purchasing our theme. However, I think you just installed WordPress and only activate the Trade theme. But maybe you did not import demo content yet. After successful import demo content, you will get same content as the demo that we have used on our live website.

Yes, it almost functional and ready to go. Also, it has one-click demo install. So, if you know basic WordPress, you can edit from the back-end.
if you don’t know idea about WordPress, you will face some problem with any other WordPress theme. In that case, you may need to hire someone to customize it.

There is an issue where individuals cannot delete their ads. It sends them back to the homepage. Only the Admin user role can delete ads. How can this be fixed?

Well what you see in the search location the data of that form gets from what you input in the ad post section. This is not manually data. Data will be fetched from the input user gives while inserting an ad. Hopefully you get the idea. Thanks
but why is that when someone adds state or city it will show only two letters how do i change that
It’ll show all the letters not 2 letter. If user inputs 2 letter then it’ll show like that. Now if you want manual location then you might need to do custom work to the theme.

Hi There, Please be patient when posting an issue as staff may not be in the same timezone as you. However, there no backend option to set “ads display immediately without admin verifying”. But you can do that by customization if you want. You can change the way ads are publishing from tpl-ads-form.php on line number 146 just change the pending word to publish & that’ll be all.

The homepage consists vc elements which you’ll find in homepage version 1 template file in your theme file. And for vc elements you’ll find them in vc ext for trade plugin.
About editing states you can either choose states/countries/cities/zip that’s inputted by user who posts ad. These items are loaded dynamically from what user inputs in the post ad form. If you want to modify it you’ll need to modify the function that made for the search bar. If you go to inc/actions-config.php in there search for home search bar & you’ll get the codes where you can change.

I’ve added additional categories and brand names but it does nothing. When creating a listing, the user selects the additional options but it does not show in the listing. If I look at the listing from the admin panel, it does not show as selected. Can you please let us know how to fix this? Thank you.

Hey, before I buy, wanted to ask if I will be able to change the slug of listings categories? I would like to make a structure like that: domain.com/state/city/ and as a 2nd service: domain.com/service2/state/city/ Is it possible ? Usually listings got /listing/ in the slug while listings categories got /category/ or something… and i usually you can’t create 2 same locations, just one a bit deeper in the url… And is it possible to add an intro text before the listings on category pages? Hi there, thanks for the query. About the changing the slug the way you want it is not possible as you need to go by WordPress post rules. If you want custom I think or may be you can achieve it by some customization from some expert but it’s not 100% that you can do the same thing. We’ve option to change the slug like change trade_ad to something you like but don’t have option for what you’re seeking.
And for adding intro text you can simply modify the page template into your child theme to get what you want. Hope this will help you.

Yes it can be but with customization. If you know how to code you can do this otherwise you need to hire someone who can do this for you.
For editing I think you didn’t set the pages properly. Please contact at our support forum.
So the only way to have an ad posted is to have it reviewed by the admin? This should have been mentioned in your description of the theme.
I have figured out the editing from the frontend.
Every theme has such options to review first. If you want to remove it you can do so by simple coding if you know how to.

Thanks for having patience while we’re outside & sick for which caused delay in responding with the patches. Currently we’ve updated the theme to 3.1 version with the patches that you’ve showed us. Remember one thing both of the form or search filter are different in action. The search bar takes you to different search state & the sidebar search is for detailed search state for which such issues happened. We’ve somehow managed to make the patches & it’s working fine now. How do I load ads and pictures into (Featured ads)?
When someone posts an ad then while reviewing the ad you’ll have an option to make it featured on the backend admin panel this is how you can create a feature ad. If you need any more assistance feel free to contact us at our support forum.

Its simple, remove responsive css file from assets.
It did not work. I think its all about removing all the media querries in virtually all css file. That will be disastrous and can break the theme if not carefully done.

Removing responsive.css will only remove the responsiveness of our core functionalities visualization. But it’ll not make any effect on bootstrap css & js composer css. So in that case you can say removing responsiveness will break down the site. What you can do is make a site with different technology or use your own css framework to not to do the responsiveness. You’ll not be able to use bootstrap or js composer plugin or anything for removing the responsiveness. Also you can search for any plugin which might restrict the site to go to responsive mood.

And the second question, is it possible to use multiple currencies (by the items for sale, not for charging customers) or custom currencies, like for example cryptocurrencies?

Hi there, For your first query yes you can have that. There’s an option to do that for featured you charge customer. About the second question sorry there are no option currently in the theme. But we’re working on integrating woocommerce so that you can use multiple currency option.
