New question!!
I uploaded the logo of my company into media and placed through Look>theme options>logo&media section.
it works fine but on mobile i have this problem: home page as I open it: logo is a little blurry, if I scroll down it looks good.
This happen only on front page, other pages is blurry everywhere + they’re not influenced from “Look>theme options>logo&media section” thing, since I have to select it manually page to page, otherwise the logo don’t show up.
Could you help me?

Hi Anps, me once again! I have a weird question. I had to re-buy the theme for an invoice problem, so I had a refund on the first theme by envato.
what i’m wondering is that since I actually installed the theme that now is refunded and the license associated void, could i have any problems?
i didn’t face any for now, but I’m just worried and curious to know if I have to do smoething like update my license somewhere..
(I’m a newbie on this field, sorry!)

Hello, you do not need to re-install the theme and you will not have any issues due to the new license. There are two small changes you may need to make:
- If you have already installed and configured the Envato Market plugin, you will most likely need to go through the process again. If you have not installed or used this plugin before, this is a plugin that allows you to update the theme inside the WordPress dashboard, instead of updating via FTP.
- Make sure to use the new license key when submitting / responding on our support system https://anpsthemes.freshdesk.com

I have a question about the mobile view of this theme.
I’m trying to change first of all the background color, but it doesn’t change for some reason it stays on black.
Second I’m using thelarge above menu on top of main menu to show some socials icons. From desktop looks beautiful and professional, but from mobile menu is just crappy, all the icons are displayed vertically, really unpleasant.
Do you have any advice to fix it?

I’m referring to MOBILE PHONE Menu.
Color of this menu it’s normally BLACK, I was trying to change it with the option LOOK->THEME OPTIONS->COLOR MANAGEMENT->MOBILE TOOLBAR COLOR. but I couldn’t make it for some reasons. Not a big deal, I can leave it like that, but if you have any tips to change this color in any way I’ll follow them.
Second question is gone by now, I just removed the above menu and inserted a topbar instead.

Unfortunately, there is no option to change the mobile menu color. You will need to use the below CSS:

font awesome has a similar icon http://fontawesome.io/icon/paper-plane/ which should be in our system. Maybe you can use that one?
If not do open a ticket at https://anpsthemes.freshdesk.com so our staff can help you out if they can. In the icon shortcode you can upload a custom image for an icon, sadly for other widgets we use fontawesome which does not include directly the icon in question.

Good Morning – all my the Fleet entries and the Fleet from menu is just gone. I mean it’s just vanished. I’m not sure if it was the update or something else, but every entry I put into this Fleet is gone too, and all I see where the fleet information is supposed to be on front page and on Fleet page is the following shortcode: [simple_fleet per_page=”6″ items=”6-3″ filter=”on” orderby=”default” order=”” mobile_class=”2″ category=”0″], And can’t find anything in your documentation that would account for this change.

Hello, our theme only uses FontAwesome icons. Unfortunately, in the current version we do not provide a way to upload custom icons.
For which element do you want to use custom icons and which icons? There might be a simple way of adding them using a child theme.
We need to use custom font for icon module of visual builder. Custom icons are made from us. Totally customized. We use a child theme, but we ave some problem with header part of menu, something goes wrong. Could you help me for this?

I purchased your theme and installed it on a test site of mine. I was confused at first why your theme didn’t come with a child theme in the downloaded folder, but it’s ok I know how to create child themes. My main concern is upon loading the “Demo Content,” the demo content was all messed up. I’m talking about images weren’t coming through, duplicated sections on the demo like the top nav and footer widgets, and the dashboard controls are somewhat confusing due to how it’s set up/designed. I overall like the theme, but straight out of the folder it’s a bit rough around the edges. I personally don’t think it’s worth the price you guys have it set as since it only gives headaches and wasted time trying to fix the code. Good luck on the future sale!
