Hi again. To be honest, I didn’t understand much from your answer. My issue was that the video that plays on the homepage isn’t stretched to fit the screen (height). It leaves a space below the video. Is there a way to make it fit the screen on any resolution?

I have tried numerous other Youtube videos and or uploaded videos (all at 1920×1080), and the video doesn’t stretch to fit the screen. It always leaves some whitespace below (which is basically the start of the next page/screen).

This video work fine in any device. I have tested with 27” screen also. If you already bought our thrmr please open support request in our support desk so we can take a look into your site..

Like i said, the design of the site was delayed and the support ran out before i had to use it at all (without me even asking 1 single question). What you mean is you won’t help me out with one single enquire after not having to ask at all because you want me to pay $35 for 1 single enquiry when i didn’t ask for anything before (again because of the delay). I’m a little saddened that you won’t help me with this 1 single request

Also the purpose of the top header (as it includes email and tel icons in theme style options) is to put emails and telephone links at the top. Why would this not be an option to have clickable links, as it is a feature on the most basic and free themes.

We will add this in our next update.

BTW if you want to save the template and use the same site then save the section (every section right side top have an option “Save template”) and use another page on the top of the builder click “Template” -> section. click your save section which you have saved.
