Hi I have a client that purchased your theme they need to have the functionality of having a job id assigned to each job posting (which i would think would be already happening when it’s saved to the database) and that id to be visible on the job details page and printout when printing the job. please advise where i can find this option or what i need to do to enable it thanks.

All the job posting have the post id, you can check via dashboard/ jobs/ edit the job. You can use the code to get this ID to the job details. Please check the code at file /wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts/noo_job-detail.php
Or you can add the custom field for the job. It will show on the job details.

Is this theme able to create FREE and PAID jobs. A non paying user logs in and can publicly view Free jobs but not Featured or Paid up jobs. A paid user can view all jobs.
Is this possible with this theme?

Hi there,
I intend to buy the theme very soon. Before buying it I need to make sure that I am able to fix following issues for free or having an additional cost.
1 – In job posting, I need a option to add an advertisement image Instead of Job Distribution texts if the client has a Pre designed advertisement image. Ex – https://goo.gl/vkTefi. I tried it with a Custom field. But attached Image is too small as It can not be read. So, I need image to be full page like above example.
2 – When a posted job passes its closing date, It is still shown in job listing. I need it to be hidden when the job passes its closing date.Ex- https://snag.gy/t0oeiA.jpg.
3 – In Companies page, Author name and Posted date are shown, I need it to be invisible.
Please advice me.So I can manage to buy the theme.

#1. You can put the advertisement image on the sidebar via the widget. Or you can add the code to show that info on the top of job listing page.
#2. Yes, we have the option to hide passed job in the job listings.
#3. Yes, you can hide the info via custom CSS. or remove a source code. It free, we can provide the code to do it.

I have hidden the fields in the resumes but if you look in the code then this is visible and author fields are visible in other pages in the theme so you again see email addresses. The site is https://dutchstartupjobs.com/home-resume/

Hi, we are importing the jobs from an XML document but after every import when looking at the /jobs page it fails to load the jobs displaying the “Nothing found” notice. If we then go into the dashboard and view the jobs and click on a job to view it the jobs display, so the import is working but failing to display the jobs without human intervention. Please can you help?

You still can use the theme with Elementor, it still have all job function but you will don’t have the shortcode as the homepage.

I have to admit that before my purchase you have answered my questions immediately, after that i didn’t receive any responses from the support team to my issues yet.
I am citing the following issues below, as i hope to help me with as soon as it is possible, since i have paid for a support as well.
1.The option of admin approval before a job posting is activated and it functions properly. However, i was wondering after the job approval, the employee can manage his job list and upload them without admin approval???
2.I have trouble also with the wpbakery visual composer. This plugin has totally stucked and i can’t proceed with my website developing.
3. Heading background images can’t save in some pages.

You have checked my problem. I have tried to change the image at company’s page and I have added a text block to the home page but the issue is still there. At jobs and companies page I can’t even use the wpbakery visual composer. Can you help me more?
Also, the employer can manage his job list and update a job posting without admin approval. Is there any option to add delete the option of manage jobs or to add an option of admin approval before editing the job?

The jobs and companies page is the archive post type page, you can’t use WPbakery page builder to edit the content of this page.
With the employer, we don’t have the option to check for editing job. We will consider the function in next time.
