You would have to copy includes/parts/service-item.php to your child theme (same folder structure), edit the file and make changes as you see fit.
I’ve been using the theme for approx 18 months.
I have just updated the theme and plug ins and now I’m having a couple of issues with a PHP error…
Notice: Use of undefined constant php – assumed ‘php’ in …/public_html/wp-content/themes/Transfers/sidebar-footer.php on line 1
I tried to switch back to the previous version of the PHP file with no success.
The update has also added a margin above the header even though the CSS doesn’t specify one.
Hello,
this error means your ftp client has jumbled php files. To prevent this in the future, you must always upload php files in Binary transfer mode (any code files, not just our theme).
To fix this, if for example using FileZilla, please go to Transfers > Transfer Mode > select Binary and then reupload all theme files.

If using WooCommerce for payment processing, our theme defers to WooCommerce for sending emails.
Since you are not using WooCommerce, and you are not getting emails sent, there must be an issue with your server and the phpmailer used by WordPress. You can install an SMTP plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ to go around the issue and use SMTP to send email.
As for the Extra items page, are you referring to extra items in admin? Have you tried disabling them in Theme options?

that would depend on your exact requirements.
For scheduled transfers, Transfers theme is very much suitable. For non schedules transfers and vehicle rentals on a daily basis, I would recommend our Book Your Travel theme.

And then change line 219 from

Unfortunately that is not a feature of our theme at this time as the trips are present in search results in 2 directions, there and back.

I have some questions: 1. Can the user choose his seat / s through a bus map?
2. If the user receives an email with their reservation, can a bar code be included in this reservation or invoice?
3. If the user chooses payment in cash, he reserves his seat but never arrives, what solution is there for this?

2. No, our theme does not have this feature.
3. You have to manually handle this in admin – by approving/rejecting the Order in WooCommerce.
4. You would have to administer the agent accounts via Wordpress Admin by assinging roles.

1. No, unfortunately we do not do custom work. You could check out Envato Studio, Freelancer or similar sites to hire someone.
2. You would have to compare the name on the ticket with the WordPress admin to check that the customer bought the ticket.
3. We have not tested any unfortunately so I do not have an answer for this.
I have two more pre-order questions:
1) Could you show how proceed with pages? I mean how to set destinations: one to one, one to many etc destinations? Any screenshots? I didn’t found them on documentation site. I want to know if is there possibility to makes many pages, and on each of those pages to set from one to many destinations (different on each page) and makes reservation (booking and payments) from each one of this pages (different prices for different destination)

If using WooCommerce, our theme defers to WooCommerce to send emails. The WooCommerce emails can be configured via their email settings: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-23We have Any to Any availabilities created, hence those prices. You can create separate prices for each city to each city as you see fit.
