The theme demo has everything on display that comes with this purchase. For your particular requirements like Notice board and video play etc, please create additional pages using Visual composer.
You can remove that developed by, by going to themeoptions/footer
For fav icon, please go to Appearance->customise->site identity.

You can find all flat icons here https://www.flaticon.com/ If you want to use as shortcode, I suggest you use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-font-awesome/ . I am not sure which other shortcode are you talking about, all shortcodes are visual now and can be accessed from Visual composer interface.
What LMS is used? Sensei?

There is no LMS used in this template. It was made for people who sell using Udemy, teachable etc. The purpose is to just have a front end website for the course being sold on third party course services.

Slider is in the page. and its powered by revolution slider. To remove it you need to edit the page and remove revolution slider module. To edit the slider please go to wp-admin/revolution slider.

1) Your demo seems alright to me, the problem I see is in the menu and thats because there is more than space, so consider removing the one you are not using. If you mean newsletter, just edit that and place some content please and it will be fine.
2) At given time if theme is running only on 1 domain, then there is no problem 
Problem was one of my plugin. When disable, homepage is ok Second I’ll move all content to another site. Yes, i’ll use 1 domain only. Thanks
Not so fine a solution. It looks very, very good, but it’s far too complicated. It takes sooooo much time to figure out how elements integrate. And after all it appears to be no more than a visual solution: no shop, no transaction, etc. And to be honest, I have even spent quite some time just to find the documentation. But when I purchase a ready made template, I do not want to need the documentation, I expect to easily find my way.

Its a WordPress theme, which should be a visual layer only. The functionality like shop, cart, transactions are part of plugin territory(and theme does work with plugins like woocommerce). And that also described on item description page that what this theme provides and what it does not.
