Hello there. Just got the theme and are really enjoy it so far, it’s well thought out. Having a challenge with it we hope you can help with?
OUR CHALLENGE: For the logo, we are finding image file formats (PNG/JPG) are blurry. Tried increasing the DPI but it makes the image way too big for the header
WHAT WE WANT TO DO: Would like to use an SVG for the logo
WHAT WE TRIED: 1. Installed the Safe SVG plugin 2. Uploaded the .SVG logo to the Media Library 3. Went to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Branding 4. Set it as both Standard and Retina logo
WHAT WE EXPECTED: Logo on the header is vector-sharp and responsive
WHAT HAPPENED: Logo isn’t displayed on the menu bar

I have just downloaded and tried to setup the theme a few days ago. In the adjustments I selected the menu to be shown in the middle and the Logo above, paired with the single slider on the “home” page. My problem is now that it only shows up this way on all other pages, but the “home” page There the menu is shown on the right corner and the logo on the left… How do I solve this? firstly thank u very much for providing this beautiful theme! but currently i m having two problems…
the first is – i don’t know how to remove the featured images from the single post for example : https://xijingxu.com/joghurt-als-farbe/ i ve tried different customizing css or plugins, but none of them works, the featured images stay forever on the to of every single blog posts…
the second problem is - the interface of the tablet version is not correct, the body part could not be settled in the center but always a little bit right, pics for refered problem: https://imgur.com/a/shm8gI0

1. To remove the featured image edit the post and on the right side you can remove the featured image. Look at the last option in the panel.

1. i would like to remove the featured image from the top of each post site, but i want to keep it on the blog page as a review, the last option in the panel of the editing page -“Remove featured image” only give the opportunity to remove both…. and the other plugin like”hide featured image ” doesnt help…

Portfolio items pages are created using the page builder, make sure you choose correct options in Portfolio items page under Portfolio Settings.

For several reasons I had to reinstall the kraft theme in my wordpress.
But “WPbakery page builder” does not show the elements properly with all their options when I add them in the back end editor. In the front end it does not show them correctly either. I need to see them properly so I can edit them comfortably on the wordpress desktop.
Changes are only seen when I preview the web in a new tab.
Why is this happening? Yesterday it worked perfectly.
Now Im on wordpress 4.9.6 version and I have tried to go back to the old version of worpress that I was originally working with (4.9.2) and also tried to version 4.9 which judging by date of my “WPbakery page Builder” license (5.4.4) should work better and I have not gotten any improvement either.
“WPbakery page builder” plugin says it has a new update but for that you have to pay for. before it worked perfectly well without paying any extra license.
maybe theres something that im missing? Any update in the kraft theme that i didnt installed or something?
I work in an updated chrome and I have also tried it in safari and firefox and in all it gives the same errors.
I dont know what else to do, please help.

Is it possible that the displayed menu (in the responsive version) occupies the full width of the screen? Currently with #header.standard I have 30 px margins for the header logo and the menu bars (not displayed), and when the menu is displayed, it also takes those margins, making the content visible below…

I have a bit of a problem. I’m finishing a website but when I have activated WPML to translate, ‘All’ categories have disappeared in the portfolio pages. It prints an empty string, but not the category All text that I indicate in the page.

We haven’t tested the flipbook plugin with this theme, however there shouldn’t be any problem using flipblook plugin in the theme.
Also can a 10 second stock image video loop work in the Hero Image? Is it an image file or video? What format do you want to use?

I don’t know what happened or what I was able to touch, but suddenly, the pages of the “portfolio items” give 404 error. Even though I check the URL it is correct and nothing has changed…It seems that the link has been broken since the highlighted ones… I don’t know if it was after installing the WP Optimize plugin or if it had something to do with it…I think it was the last change I made.
Can you help me out? Do you know what could have happened?

I’ve already tried to disable it and it doesn’t work…. It’s a plugin to optimize the database. I don’t know if activating it deleted anything from the database that was necessary to make that link, but I don’t know.
Maybe it has nothing to do with the plugin….
What has happened is very strange, because in Wordpress itself I see the portfolio items (not deleted) but when I give the preview, the frontend editor or the link itself in the url, error 404 appears

I’ve contacted several times about this issue and lately haven’t had a response.
When I installed the theme I noticed it ran a lot slower than anything I’ve used before. The website is now setup – and although some of the images could be compressed more slightly, the site takes a ridiculous amount of time to load meaning people are just leaving straight away.
Can you help?

I’m experiencing an issue when replacing the theme’s logo with my own. When I use my logo, the website seems to time out and produces a blank white screen. However when I remove the logo, my site appears normally but with a broken image link in place of where the logo should be.
Any thoughts as to why or how I can fix this?

I have installed the theme and imported demo data. I wanted to use home hero page. When I tried editing it with wpbakery it hanged on “loading” after the firts 4 times. I could not do anything to solve it. I imported demo data again and again and nothing changed. Since then when I am visiting hero image page it displays, the basic home page. What can I do? Shall I uninstall and reinstall the theme?

Please contact your hosting provider as this means that you have disabled or it was already disabled the following option in your php.ini: -> allow_url_fopen. This directive has been set to Off

Hey, I am using your Kraft theme for my website www.robmonk.com.
Its great, but I have a couple of small issues which I cant seem to fix.
1) On the mobile & tablet versions, there is a white line underneath the logo/menu. I would like to get rid of this or change it to the grey colour im using on the website background. Is this possible?
2) Also on the tablet/ mobile versions, the footer is not always fixed to the bottom of the page…is there a way of fixing this?

I’ve trouble to add audio in the portfolio details. On the backend it’s playing. On the frontend however it’s showing the code and the path. If have put a file in the library > tried to add media in the portfolio details > works in the backend, not in the frontend. Any idea what is going wrong?
