Hi and thank you for your quick answer. I followed the instructions and at the moment there’s no need for FTP because I’m still working local with MAMP. Installing “fuego-child.zip” was no problem! But maybe there’s anything wrong with the main link?

You are welcome. No, don’t worry. There is nothing wrong with the link, sometimes you could see that message when you are trying to install theme where server params should be boosted to better values.

Our main page builder is WPBakery page builder, and we included a lot of powerful shortcodes into it, which is why you need to use this plugin. I wanted to ask for help to change the header logo. When I replace it, it goes right, but I can not resize it to fit large, within the ‘mikado header’ customization no matter what size I put in the ‘Height’ box of the logo, it does not increase or decrease, it keeps the same pattern, lowercase . I am working with the menu in boxed style.

Hello, i bought and downloaded fuego theme but i keep getting an error when installing. The error says “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in mkd.layout3.php on line 70” So I tried to fix it own my own and another error popped up saying “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in blog-functions.php on line 783”. Could you help me with it? May be send me a new installation file ? Please reply asap. Thank you!

That is because you are using outdated PHP version below PHP 5.3 so contact your host and ask them to increase PHP version. Word Press now suggest PHP 7 or above https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Thank you for your answers. I have one more question – when creating the porfolio on front page can you filter the categories seperate from the portfolio on the main work/profolio page. I would like to have a feature category and dispay it only these items on the front porfolio section and all other categories on the main work page.
Sorry another question , do the sizes for the masonary layout are created automatically, what is the preferd image size/pixel size for the feature images to upload to the media folder. Thank you

Under each Portfolio List you could set to see just projects under one portfolio category, or under one tag, or you could add id’s of desired portfolio items to be shown there https://www.screencast.com/t/mCipcBpyoldX For masonry there are 4 sizes https://www.screencast.com/t/zexWsjURXc and dimensions for images should be 550×550, or 1100×1100, 550×1100, 1100×550.

Thank you so much – regarding the image sizes – if most of my images are 1280×720 – would they be automatically resized for the masonary. For he front page i would like to use the masonary layout but for the work section i would use the gallery style grid with 16×9 image proportions. I guess my question is if i can use the same images for both portfolios? Thank you

Hi Ihave few questions before purchasing the theme
1. Can you easy customize the font across the whole site so it updates the headers and the body text
2 Most of my portolio items are video so the format of teh thumbnails is 16×9. I was wwodering if it is posiblle to easy customize the sizes for the masonary so some of the images are 16×9 but some vetical or square?
3. Do you have a template for a single portfolio page that is suitable for video – i just run into problems of dispalying Vimeo with another theme.

You could add video in single portfolio item, but please, note that this page has Masonry Portfolio where each portfolio item is represented using their Feature image. You could of course add video inside one Portfolio Item. Could you, please, explain this about “Above the fold” further more? Some screenshot will be helpful, since we are not sure what exactly do you want to achieve. Thanks

Hey Mikado, yes above the fold means the top portion of a website that you see before you scroll down to see anything else. The term is from the publishing world when newspapers were more popular. Things above the fold were the stories visible before you unfolded the newspaper. I’m looking to embedd a youtube video as one of my portfolio examples. Above the fold though I want it to be just text so it looks like this: https://nclud.com/
