Hi, I have just installed the theme and then proceeded to install the Theme Required & Recommended Plugins.
There are 7 plugins that give me an error “Download Failed. File not found.”
I see in the documentation it says this:
Your theme archive comes with several plugins:
- CMSMasters Visual Content Composer
- CMSMasters Contact Form Builder
- CMSMasters Mega Menu
- CMSMasters Donations
- Envato Market
- Revolution Slider
- Layer Slider
Theses are the plugins that don’t download. I understand that it says they are in the ‘theme archive’, but I’ve looked in the files and don’t see them.
Can you tell me how to get hold of these plugins?

All needed plugins come right in the theme folder you have downloaded from ThemeForest. They should be automatically uploaded together with the theme, yet you can extract them from the theme folder and install them manually, just please open your theme folder and proceed: eco-press\framework\admin\inc\plugins – all the plugins you request are there and you will see a .zip archive for each of them.

1 : How do I change the “read more” text? I found an article saying there should be a setting, but I can’t find it. LocoTranslate doesn’t work either.
2 : I would like to show the post date in the single post too. I found the setting for that, but it only shows the date in the post overview, not in the single post.

Sure, demo content is included for every WordPress theme from our portfolio. Please note, that images aren’t included in the main download, they are substituted with placeholders as we have no rights to distribute photos.
Demo content can be imported in 3 steps: content import, settings import, sliders import, but it can be done really fast – please see the video tutorials here. Besides, we provide our customers with detailed documentation and our support team is always ready to assist you if any help is required.

As developers we are the owner of proper purchase code exactly for Revolution and Layer Sliders. Slider licenses prohibit us from distributing sliders purchase codes, that’s why we cannot provide it. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest. Or you can always contact us to get the latest slider version via email.

Hi, I’m having a new issue with links from the menu at http://bsnc.org.nz. Most of the links are on the home page so are #intro, #about-us, etc. Recently they stopped working from the menu. I can load the links directly in the url bar and they work fine. I’ve checked the page and the menu, which both seem normal. I’ve disabled the cache and checked for plugin conflicts. I can’t work out why they worked previously but don’t seem to work now. Any ideas?

WOW I just saw your Charity based theme rt when I brought a new charity foundation type client aboard! Curious a few things, they want to have: Crowdsourcing, Crowdfunding, Change Contest, Social Integration, Site Sign Up/Login Memberships, Newsletter (based upon Client’s Mail Chimp account). Which of these would I be able to setup with your amazing Theme? and which would I not (need external third party company or plugin?) And can more than one color in the theme be set (can buttons, tabs, highlights, titles have the colors set separately or they are all linked to one color like in your demo?) Pls let me know THNKS!

Please note that for Crowdsourcing, Crowdfunding, Change Contest, Newsletter functionality there will be a need to use the third-party plugins, but I should note that we haven’t tested mentioned plugins compatibility with the theme, that’s why can’t guarantee it. Appreciate your understanding.
The theme comes with sharing options built in posts, projects and campaigns.
At the moment users can only post content if they have one of the appropriate WordPress user roles: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities. Some third party plugins might provide wider functionality for this purpose, but we can’t advise such plugins at the moment as we haven’t implemented tests. So you can assign different roles and capabilities to users according to WordPress standard roles, no additional managing functionality is available.
Theme colors are flexible, they can be changed using handy color settings, both globally for the whole theme and on-page too. Besides the theme provides opportunity to add custom css classes to separate elements in order to customize them according to your needs.

Video on the homepage is added as a link to the Image shortcode with enabled option ‘Open image link in a lightbox’.
Concerning the donation button link – in fact Donation button links on the donation page by default. If you need to change the link please open eco-press/framework/function/template-functions.php file and edit 203 line – you need to delete the area that I pasted and entered needed link here.

Hello. For whatever reason our navigation background is no longer transparent with the most recent version of the theme installed. “Header Overlaps Content” is still enabled in the General > Header settings as well as in the page settings, but we continue to have a white background instead of transparent. Any ideas?

We disabled slider on smaller resolutions on purpose, it can be easily done in slider settings. But you can make slider visible for all devices and resolutions, please disable the “Hide on mobile” option and set “Hide under” setting to 0.

In fact for most of the customers demo content import goes quite well. We can recommend you to add the following code to your .htaccess file (it is located in the root folder of WordPress installation – along with /wp-content, /wp-includes, /wp-admin) after # END WordPress line:
php_value post_max_size 64M php_value upload_max_filesize 64M php_value max_file_uploads 128M php_value max_input_vars 5000
and this code to your wp-config.php file after define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); line:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );
If this does not help, please ask your hosting provider to increase PHP Post Max Size and PHP Max Upload Size to 64Mb on your server.
Maybe there are some other restrictions set on the server and there is a need to increase some limits that aren’t mentioned at our documentation as in fact we don’t deal with server configurations and only your hosting provider can find a solution for the issue.

HI, i have recently bought this theme and set up is simple enough. One of the things i wanted to ask is where you got the 4 icon/images from on the home page the first bit your scroll down, they are named Energy, Recycle, envrnionment and water. I love these icons as they really set the tonne for the page and wondered if you had the info of where i could get these available
