1. Is the theme compatible with https? After i installed an ssl certificate and changed to https, i have a problem with /organics/fw/js/core.init.js ( on http it works but on https it gives a 404 error). It’s the only script that doesn’t load normally. Can you please advise me on how to fix this.

We understand your concern. But the theme is successfully installed on all https websites so the error was not caused bu the theme. As I see you managed to solve the problem yourself. The error is no longer on the site.

Spoiler Alert, it was not any child theme changes that i made. You could at least apologize on behalf of your colleague that lied to trick me into renewing support. The fact that i managed to make your code work, doesn’t change your dishonesty.
Technical support is not provided when support is expired. You were informed about that.
Besides, you have confirmed in the ticket that your server was blocking core.init.js file which caused the error. Now the error is gone as you are serving the file from another server which proves that the server settings caused the issue, not the theme.
If you had your theme demo on https or could provide me with proof that it works on https from the beginning of my inquiry, we wouldn’t have wasted our time.
To prove that your theme works on https, is not considered technical support, it’s basic functionality.
And to be exact my server admin told me that the file is badly coded and that’s why the server doesnt render it.
Anyway, since i found a solution, this matter is over.

Hi I’ve adjusted these values as you have recommended in previous posts (max_execution_time 600 memory_limit (up to) 256M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M).
I’ve also installed all pluging as recommended.
However the Demo/Dummie data still doest not load “Error load data from the file…”

Hi, I know that my support has expired. However, I have a very small issue which needs fixed. I have added all the e-mails in team member pages hwoever, they are not showing. How can I fix this? I’ve checked the documentation but could not find any relevant info.

Hello, here in Europe with the new privacy law called GDPR, for several websites, it’s mandatory to have a checkbox on the contact form about condition acceptance as well as show the new WordPress Checkbox (to save the comment-data) below the comment form that is not displayed in your theme. Here’s a discussion about it: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/comment-checkbox-in-wp-4-9-6-not-displayed/ It seems there’s not a way to set these on your theme. I bought the theme Organic Store and read the page Features/Customization. There it says, replacing the theme’s logo with my own company logo costs $19, as offered by your affiliated partner. I have been looking for a way to replace the logo, but the usual step using the Design/Customizer offers no such option. And I have no clue so far as how the logo can be replaced. Do you mean I have to consult your partner Mockingbird Custom Website Studio and pay them to replace my logo? I hope this is not the case. (Wow, that sounds like a rip off.)

On your page it says that the theme was updated on 20 march 2018. I downloaded it and expected that it will include the latest versions of slider revolution and visual composer but it was the old ones from 2017. When i asked you for the updates, you told me to use the support ticket to ask for the updated plugins. If you update your theme, why not include them in the first place?

The theme description on the website has been updated on the 20th of March, but not the content of the package, that’s why we asked you to submit a ticket to receive the latest plugins versions. 99% of the time, the latest update date is also the theme update date because every time you publish an update, envato sends an email saying: “We’d like to let you know that an update to your item (Theme name) is now available in your Downloads page.” Maybe you should’ve planned the theme description change to go along with an actual theme update so that the theme doesn’t seem updated when it’s not.

Hello, Some presale questions: -Can I use your theme and enter my content without any idea in coding (only a bit of wordpress)? - The navigation menu has a problem when I scroll down , the last menu item changes his position and goes one line underneath the navigation bar. Does the support theme (after purchasing) help with those kind of problems? - If I don’t want all the features the theme has (just for example, if I don’t want the ‘blog news’ at the home page), can I easily erase them? Or for another example if I don’t want the dropdown menus?
