Two Questions:
1. I have created columns with images in them [one_sixth] – these are however not responsive. How can I make [one_sixth] columns responsive for mobile?
2. How can I make the Clients Section Scroll faster?

Hello – in WooCommerce, I’ve set my default currency to US but when I view the price filter widget, it shows what I think is pounds (£). How can I fix this?

Hi authors, I’ve been using your theme for a couple of years now and still very happy with it! But recently I found that I cannot use the orange plus to add new shortcodes anymore. If I unfold the menu, I can’t get to the submenus. When I hover, the menu/submenus disappear. There seems to be a gap between the menu and the submenus, and when I move my cursor into that ‘gap’ the menu disappears. Any ideas? I tried it in Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome (working on a Mac). Is there a list of all possible shortcodes available perhaps?

Hi, I´m using Contact Form 7 plugin and I had configured the checkbox to accept the privacy terms.
If I dont check the box and I click to Send, the form dont sended but the user dont receive any alert.
Can I configure an alert to warn to user that checked the privacy terms

Converio Shortcodes and MultiPurpose Sliders both plugins are missing and also : Your theme (Converio Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

As for the WooCommerce – please just update the theme to the latest version – we added lot of improvements in the recent update, so that Converio theme is now fully ready for the latest WooCommerce.

Hi there, though I’ve updated to the latest version, I get a Fatal error: Uncaught Error when I go to the admin area. This only happens with PHP 7.1.1.. 7.0.24 works fine. How can I fix this? Kindly Toby

Yes, it’s based on shortcodes. Thanks to that server uses less memory and website works faster, however we have got plans to optionally add builder in the near future.

I’m having some errorlog notices from the WC that are constantly being created. They are always the same and in 2 days the errorlog file was made of 10 mb. The notices are like this:

[14-Apr-2018 23:21:04 UTC] The WC_Cart::get_item_data function is deprecated since version 3.3. Replace with wc_get_formatted_cart_item_data.
[14-Apr-2018 23:21:04 UTC] The WC_Cart::get_cart_url function is deprecated since version 2.5. Replace with wc_get_cart_url.
[14-Apr-2018 23:21:04 UTC] The WC_Cart::get_checkout_url function is deprecated since version 2.5. Replace with wc_get_checkout_url.
[14-Apr-2018 23:21:04 UTC] add_to_cart_fragments is deprecated since version 3.0.0! Use woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments instead.

We just checked with latest WP and WooCommerce and all (included cart) works fine. We recommend you to update the theme to the latest version. You can disable error reporting using this solution.

How do I set the homepage to the “Corporate” layout? It keeps defaulting back to the “Business” layout.

You can use one license only on one WordPress site at the same time, so that you can develop it (for example on localhost) and then after finish switch the license to your main online website.

Hola, acaban de subir una actualización que es compatible con woocommerce 3.1.x. El problema es que Woocommerce va por la versión 3.3! En esta versión woocommerce agrega las categorías en la lista de productos. Y el diseño se maneja desde apariencias. ¿Ustedes tuvieron en cuenta estas modificaciones? o tengo que esperar a la próxima actualización de Converio? No quiero instalar esta nueva versión de converio y que el sitio se me desconfigure todo.
Hello, they just uploaded an update that is compatible with woocommerce 3.1.x. The problem is that Woocommerce goes for version 3.3! In this version woocommerce adds the categories in the list of products. And the design is handled from appearances. Did you take these modifications into account? or do I have to wait for the next update of Converio? I do not want to install this new version of converio and that the site is completely deconfigured.
On https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2018/01/30/woocommerce-3-3-has-been-released/ we saw that there is the following information:
3.3 is a minor update and should be compatible with sites running any version of WooCommerce greater than or equal to 3.0. We still recommend testing and backing up prior to upgrading just to be safe.
We just double checked with latest WordPress, theme and WooCommerce and all basic functionalities, widgets, categories, etc. are working fine.
