Hi, I am attempting to install your rhythm theme for Drupal 8, but I am unable to do so. I click on “Appearance” and then I click browse and choose the Rhythm zip file and then I click install and it thinks for a bit then nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? or is there something that I am missing or not doing correctly? I followed along with the video, but that is not helping.

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the account info that was used to purchase the theme. That is with another team member that is currently out for the next two weeks. I am just trying to install the theme locally on my computer and I am trying to figure out how to go about doing that.

Ok, My state government company has made the purchase, but I just can’t get a hold of the person who made the purchase and created the account that made the purchase. I am following the directions on the video, but I am not uploading to the server, I am doing this locally on my work laptop.

I see one tutorial on YouTube for Drupal 7 and it has music, are there any other videos with someone talking or are there plans to make more?

No, I was seeing if there will be any updated tutorials on how to use the theme, not install the theme. I to use the different modules within the theme such as the eCommerce module, that is what I was asking.
Currently we don’t have plans to create more tutorial videos.
Hi, I would like to know exactly is there a limit as far as the Drupal version that you support? For example, do you or will you support beyond Drupal 8.5? I have been told that you all Support Drupal 8.5, I would like to know will you support beyond that when the time comes? Will your theme be supported on versions of Drupal beyond 8.5?

Hi, I have replied to the Contact form with the link provided. I am waiting on a reply. My purchasing department manager just needs a email or contact number so she can speak to some one about something else and not support for the product.
With this product will I be able to customize the home page with just static text and menu links to go to different pages? We will have a products page that will have a lot of different products. Are there any tutorials on this theme to show how to properly setup the product pages?
Yes you can insert any text on the page. The product page is controlled by Commerce module and it’s template files. If you wish to override it then you can use some custom drupal module, or create your own landing page with the help of our shortcodes and just a purchase link.
I have a very important question about this product. Do you all have a free trial version of this product to test out, before make a serious purchase? I wanted to test this particular theme out before purchasing, just so I could see how everything works.

Hi, I would like to inquire more about this theme. Is this theme all that is needed for eCommerce. For example I don’t need to download any commerce modules or Drupal Commerce? I just want to make sure that with this theme everything is provided that will be needed for eCommerce to properly function on our website. Hi. Its recommended to update your drupal website by yourself with the help of the composer. We release a new versions each time then some module conflicts with our, or if something important we released in our theme. Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. If we were to possibly provide a sales receipt or confirmation number to show that we purchased your theme, would you be able to do so then? I just trying to provide as much info to my manager as possible before presenting this to him. I see that Envato states that support must be provided for 6 months and there is an option to purchase the 18 month support. Would that help in possibly having direct support numbers provided?
