Refund policy? I need to try it out for 1 week before I know if it’s the right theme or not. I never ask for refunds, but just want the option in case it doesn’t fit my needs. Thanks!!!

Is the Explore page editable/customizable with Elementor? Also, can Custom Fields be used for the Listing Page and will show on the Explore page as Searching/Filtering options? What is your refund policy? Thanks!!!!

Yes, it’s possible to customize by elementor. We will have custom fields. But it won’t work with search form. We follow Envato refund policy. There is no refund for testing or trial.

I am looking for a theme to create a psychologists directory. The psychologist listing must have fields like experience, education, certificate courses, specialisations… along with ability to add multiple locations per psychologist and for each location working hours.
Would this theme be suitable for a project of this nature?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the custom fields. But you can use more taxonomy plugin to have more taxonomies. You can see more taxonomies in our demo.
For the details, you need to have a look at our demo sites. But it seems that you have some advanced options, then you need to customize them. (or you can also ask our developers to work on customization as paid service )

Hi, I love your theme, but I have a problem, if I check all amenities it show me all listings, is possible to cross the search and find, for example, the only one that could have all amenities? In this system if I check one amenities, example Coupons, and next I check Child Friendly, I would find out only the place that have these two amenities and not OR Coupons AND OR Child Friendly. I need a system that give back the best accurate result. Thank you

However, it can be different from what you need due to a different listing type ( university ) Ex, we don’t have price range and you may need to customize it. You can simply deactivate review addon if you don’t want to use it. And you can also remove the review widget on single listing page page builder template. It’s just like drag and drop.

Hi, 1. is it possible, with this theme, to modify the meta fields? For example, I would like to use it for a food types directory. Can I make it so that the user can submit and search by fields such as “flavor” or “color” instead of “phone number” and “facebook link”? 2. 1. We don’t have the fields. You need to customize them.
2. We have 2 types of locations. 1 is taxonomy location you can define them for your listings. the other one is by google address search. if you search a location, it moves to the maps and show listings. The listings are all related to google map coords (lng, lat) you added in each listings.

I am not sure what you mean. It can be installed main directory and sub directory in multi sites. If you are talking about server directory, you need to contact your hosting manager. It works fine with any WordPress servers.
