I´m having some difficulties setting up the header v3.
What happens is that the logo doesn´t show-up or if I add it in the menus area, the menu isn´t centered…so the logo also is not ok.

Hello, I just bought the upstore theme and installed and activated wpbakery. I can edit a page using the backend editor but I’m not seeing a way to use or enable the frontend way of editing a page with wpbakery. Thanks for any help!

Hey! im working on my site (www.CrivasOficial.com) and im having a problem with the menu on mobile. It doesn’t work. When i click it on my phone, nothing happens. Even if i shrink the browser on the pc.
People with iphone told me the menu works just fine for them. The problems seems to be with android phones.
I was trying deactivating plugins one by one, and the problem seems to be when i activate the Redux framework plugins, but it is necessary for the theme to work. Don’t know what to do!

It is an old css issue. Because you don’t have the message on the top left header, so the social icons overlays the mobile menu icon. The current theme version fixed this issue. I have some bugs in the theme, the visual composer does not work in the edition of footer blocks, only the codes appear, instead of appearing the front end of it, making editing difficult. In the custom css code tab, within theme options, it does not work as it should, some codes only work in the Custom Javascript Code. Are they any known issues for an upcoming theme update?

Hi, I have just purchased your theme as I would like to use it with Dokan for a pet store marketplace. I am hitting problems with it already. There is no button in the WYSIWYG for WP Bakery editor. I am also having problems with the mega menu. I Had started using the gem theme to build my site, but Wedevs.com recommended some themes to me and your theme was the one that struck me because it had a pet store layout.
