I’m having an issue with images not aligning to centre on posts and pages. I did select to align to centre when posting the images but this isn’t having any effect.
So you can see what I mean.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Hi I got help with the update of my theme, so the problem of instagram not displaying gor resolved, but all my changes got lost… so I did a recovery and got it all back.. but now the instagram feed is not displaying again.. so my question is. where is the code of the slider located? What do you mean “code for slider hidden”? did you mean you want to disable photostream?
Instead of the photostream, I used another plugin for the photostream on the top of the homepage.. As I had to update my website, all my changes were lost.. Now I am using the old version of your template again, but now I still have the problem of the instagram feed. Therefore I will have to copy the code of my new slider, as I replaced it. Before I update the template again. Since someone else did it for me, I do not know where the «code for the slider is hidden» or how I can safe my changes without loosing them again once I updated your theme.
I hope you know what I am trying to explain ^^

Basically if you edit theme code you have to use child theme or backup your code changes then add it back after you updated theme.
Could you help me backing up these codes? Cuz I really have no idea. I am lost here since several month.. :-/

I don’t feel confortable sharing that information, is other way to fix it? I realice the error is related to instagram because I can see some of my instagram pictures but only the ones published before April 23
That’s why I need an access to I can check on theme files, plugins or cache on your server. Otherwise I don’t know how I can investigate and help you on the issue.

No, is not about that the instagram feed is showing in other sections on the blog, what I have problems with is showing it on the footer part of the site… I don’t know how to add it again my site is www.golden-strokes.com and you can see it on the sidebar, but the footer is empty and there’s not even an error message
Instagram on side bar or footer. They are using the same code to get photos from Instagram API server. So if it works, it should displays properly in both sections.
Btw, I checked your site again today and it’s working fine. Am I missing something?
Update Since the update of the file my plugin is gone. I did adjust a few things on my tempate, also I chose another slider via plugin/widget. But now I have the old slider again, since I updated on the latest version. How can I fix that again?

Could you please provide more detail about plugin which you said it’s gone please? Did you mean Lets Blog gallery plugin?
Instead of the Lets Blog gallery plugin, I used Slider Revolution. So It’s a different Gallery I placed for the header/Slider. Because I don’t want the pictures of the posts to be shown on the slider, I had different ones to display on the slider. Now I don’t know where I can add the code of the slider in the backend. Thanks

It was costumized by a webdesigner.. for which I would have to pay again, since it all just went away.

It shouldn’t remove any customizer settings because when you update theme. It’s only replace theme files without touching any setting data which are stored in your database.

I already tried the help of the support of your theme AND I contacted my host … but I just cannot get my Instagram feed work. it’s been a long time now, since it stopper working.

This error on top is always showing up. Somehow I cannot upload the update of the theme, since the volume of the update is too big for the server of my host. PLEASE HELP!

Why did the update of the template remove all my personal changes? How can I get them back? I made some adjustments, like a new Slider.. but now the «old» slider is back in place..
If you made change on theme code. You need to backup the changes before updating or you have to setup child theme for that. This is normal for all WordPress themes.

So I did get my prior Version back. I used a backUp. But now it’s not the new version of your theme and my instagram pictures aren’t showing.
Becuase I didn’t program the slider by myself, I used your help, I don’t know how I can update the website again and copy my code of slider, because I do not know where the code of that slider is hidden, so I could change that again after the update. I hope you can help me with that
