I want to edit footer of the theme how?
I go to menu Footer>default it show me code text not drag n drop like in the Post
Hello, by default Visual composer is enabled for pages only, to activate it for footer go to the Wordpress dashboard >> WPBakery Page builder >> Role manager >> Administrator tab >> Post type set to custom and select the footer and pages, save and you have the footer VC builder
where can i see the tracking page?
Also could you upload tracking data by CSV or API?
Different companies do tracking in different way, so we did not link the tracking request form with any limited system/service. It is just AJAX form, that sends the tracking request to given email, so the end-manager can contact the sender for details
Hey there a thanks for the beautiful theme! The logo size is set to 120px x 35px and cant be changed within the settings. How do i increase the logo size. Thanks in advance!

No, my logo is 240×70… but the theme keeps it 120×35.
Upload logo only to normal NOT retina option and test

Hello, please check your server php version, make sure it is at least 7.0. The required php version to work with wordpress is 7.2 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/)

Hello, make sure you upload the correct file – not the one you downloaded from themeforest, BUT the one that is inside it – the globax.zip file
hello, i need a little bit more help could you tell me the sizes for all logos of the page exactly – i have changed it and when i reset it all logo files not set. I would also like to know where to find the CSS classes for all service boxes? There are some in the demo under the Elements menu that I need but can not find them anywhere. Demo content has already been partially deleted… can you show me how can find the Demo Featured Boxes, Service Boxes, Icon Boxes
Although VC Customizer displays pre-defined content – but I can not accept any text under the Icon Boxes, as it does not indicate a field to enter.

1. Logos does not have any required sizes, but recommended sizes are as follows: the desktop logo sizes the normal one: max width 120px max height max 35px and the retina one double each value – 240X70 px, but again – there is no limitation for logo size untill it fits to your header.
2. The mobile logo size is recommended as follows: 100X50 the normal logo and the 200X100 is the retina one. These are the sizes of the demo logos.
3. What exactly do you want to change in the styling of the service boxes, maybe we can give better suggestion usgin the built-in options, rather than overtiring from the core styles
4. You can make a manual demo import of the pages via regular wordpress import tool
5. Can we see your link from inside, as the Visual composer should always display customization options for all elements. Please send your link with admin access and list all of your issues, questions to support@enovathemes.com – we will help you with all of your tasks

Hello, dear client, you are uploading the wrong file. Open the downloaded zip file and find the globax.zip – that is the theme file.

Hello, it is widget, you can edit it from Appearance >> Widget >> Footer widget areas. But if you want to edit it from code you need to go to wp-content >> plugins >> enovathemes-addons >> widgets >> custom-contact-form.php

The default recipient email is the global admin email from WordPress settings, if you need to add a custom one, no problem, we can add a modification to contain the recipient additional filed

This theme either contains malware of vulnerability. Within an hour of installing a dev version of it, the test website was sending out SPAM email.
I’m seeing several calls to mail() in enovathemes-addons.php
Hello, dear client, there are two main functions that use wordpress mail: the first one is for fast contact widget (AJAX contact form), the second one is for Cargo tracking (again AJAX contact form), sometimes it may be delivered to spam folder due to mail client filters
But theme does not include any SPAM system or hidden mailing, as it could not even pass the themeforest review with such issues
How do I disable this? After 1hr of the theme being installed, 60 spam emails came through the website…. how is that possible?
Just to be clear, these were not messages being delivered to SPAM by accident… this was a bot specifically attacking this AJAX method.
Can we see your link of the site? Send to support@enovathemes.com. Theme or enovathemes-addons plugin does not contain any spam system, i think the issue is because the bot uses the fast contact form or the tracking form and sends spam messages, To understand the issue we need to see your website
The same theme version is installed on our demo and we do not use any other security plugin or something like that and do not get any SPAM, so we will need to inspect your link and also please send some information on your hosting – your php version for now

I just download the theme, but I try to install the zip carpet (themeforest-22380809-globax-logistics-cargo-transportation-wp-theme.zip) and didn’t work. Then I install just the (globax.zip) and work but at the moment of personalizing just appear 5 options, no logo option, no color option, no fonts, just widgets, web icon, css.. Then I download the necessary plugins of the theme and the web fell! is just not working because of plugins or installations problems. Please I need to know how to install the theme properly, the web cant broke again.
Please, I really need help. Its so confusing!

Hello, theme color can be changed from theme options – there you can just change the main theme color, and after that adjust any page block color individually if you need it.
