We bought this theme almost two years ago, and now starting to get problems. The IDX thing is a must, and i do not want to use it. i just want my properties to show correctly… this is messed up

Here is a scenario:
A Real Estate company has 10 hired agents.
1) The Real Estate company is purchasing one monthly package. 2) The Admin will declare it “office account” 2) All the 10 hired company’s agents will register one account each. 3) Each Real Estate company’s agent will be declared by the admin ” opal agents” 4) Each “opal agent” will be declared by the Admin as members of the “office account” 5) Each of the “opal agent” will then be able to login and start adding properties WITHOUT the need to purchase a monthly plan since they “work” for the “office” that already bought a valid monthly plan!
Is this possible with Fullhouse theme?

Hi, Thanks for your answer! But the idea was that the “company” register with my site and buys a package. Then all 10 “workers” from that company will register too on my site. They all are doing the above things from their computers with no intervention or help from me! After that, on my end (as Admin) I create a “opal office” account for the company and then create 10 “opal agents” for the “workers”. After that I add all the “opal agents ” to the “opal office”. And from that point on all the workers can start adding properties since they are under the “umbrella” of the opal office account. So the workers will be able to add properties as long as the company’s subscription with my site is valid! Once expired, the company should buy another subscription for them to continue adding properties.

I’ve just RE-DOWNLOADED the entire theme and installation files. Hoping and praying that you have included Home 12, Home 13 and Home 14 in here (like you should have – common sense). Once again you have failed to include Home 12, Home 13 and Home 14 in your installation. Once again your server doesn’t have the option for Home 12, Home 13 or Home 14. It’s going on 3 weeks of this already. This is nonsense. I want Home 12, Home 13 and Home 14. This should be applied to both the downloadable file and accessible from your servers. If you are not competent enough to respond on the technical side of things, then you had best call up the designers and someone with more insight and let them know what is going on because they have FORGOTTEN to update both the downloadable file and the online servers. I’m sick and tired of going back and forth with you on this, it’s going on 3 weeks. This is not rocket science. Home 12, Home 13 and Home 14 ARE NOT IN THE FILE and they ARE NOT ON YOUR SERVER. Therefore one cannot frickin use Home 12, Home 13 or Home 14. I’m tired of wasting my time, I’m tired of taking screenshots. I’m so angry by this it’s unfathomable. First your ticket center was offline and now we’re just going back and forth and back and forth and back and forth. 3 weeks of this crap. ADD HOME 12, HOME 13 AND HOME 14 TO THE DOWNLOADABLE FILE. ADD HOME 12, HOME 13 AND HOME 14 TO THE DEMO SERVER. Either option is fine already but don’t sit here and try to tell me something that isn’t possible. 3 factory WP resets, 3 clean installations, 3 downloads of your file (all the same damn version).

Seriously. Next reply should either say “We’ve added Home 12, Home 13 and Home 14 to the installation file, or we’ve added Home 12, Home 13 and Home 14 to the demo server”. Anything outside of that is just not acceptable….

Just out of curiosity how does Home Property Slider 1 and Home Property Slider 2 translate into Home 12, Home 13, Home 14, etc? This is the most confusing thing of all time that you guys have self-created.
