I’m trying to change the Logo in “header style 2” but I can’t. Changing in Theme Options brings no effect.

Hey – Just a heads up to everyone… this theme is good BUT… they DO NOT include the PSD files or a child theme. The documentation is super weak and they have not responded to my support tickets. It’s been over 3 weeks since I opened my ticket with them. I havn’t rated this theme yet because I’m still hoping they will get back to me but the support isn’t exactly stellar.

I love this theme for future purposes. However, is this coming with extra demo pages included? For example; carreers, actual service pages, support, about us versions etc?
We understand we can build those our own, however we would like to have a one stop buy package that has everything included.
If it’s for any extra charge we would love to discuss.

The company I’m working for has bought this theme for me to adjust it. I’ve created child theme and trying to change logo, but without luck. I’ve placed png as well as svg format graphic but nothing happens. Any suggestions?
Also, there is word “IMAGE” in the slider when I don’t place the image. It’s from alt attribute. Can you add some conditional if we don’t put any image don’t show anything?
NO LICENSES FOUND It seems that you do not have any valid license for WPBakery Page Builder. What does it mean? It may be so that you got WPBakery Page Builder by purchasing WordPress theme which does not grant you with direct license for WPBakery Page Builder. Why do I need direct license? Direct product license unlocks several benefits:
Access official customer support (otherwise managed by your theme author) Update WPBakery Page Builder directly Use WPBakery Page Builder with any theme (not just the one you got it with) Manage your licenses at Client Portal

Hi, The plugin license is only for plugin buyer. You got the plugin with the theme and you will get update with the theme.

Because the one with wordpress compatible zip file is only showing me blog part not the entire theme

I’ve emailed the support address in your documentation but it bounced. Can you get back to me about some css/subscription configuration issues?
Your download file also doesn’t include the PSD files. Some of the graphics (like in the slider) look blurry on my screen so I’m hoping you can send me the source files so I can optimize them.

Never did get a the PSD files from you. You really should remove that from the description if you don’t plan on including it in the download. I don’t need it anymore because I’m using a different theme.
