Hi there, we purchased your theme Madang and just installed it to our new wordpress 4.9.8. We try to install the demo content, but in your documentation this steps are totally different…, in our admin we have this page (see the screenshot in attachments) and it needs to be installed manually, but we don’t have this files (XML, WIE, DAT) in the downloaded theme archive from Envato! How to install correctly your demo content?
I have sent you an email with the same question and a screenshot 6 days ago, but no answer from you.

The problem was thata your plugin was not installed properly, even though the installer statet it did…We started the whole thing from the beginning and this time I think it wirked. But as I read the comments here, many people have had the same problem. You may consider reworking that part

Hi I have been trying to install the demo content but no success. I followed all the steps, server people said htacess is ok. I don’t get any error it says the installation was completed but there is no demo content. Earlier today I was able to install the theme and content but I had to uninstall wordpress due to a SSL problem. Now the demo content won’t install again I tried different devices and nothing.
I tried more things like reinstalling the whole wordpress using https followed the whole step by step offered by the author it still saying the demo content was successfully installed but nothing was installed.

No it does not break the agreement. You can also try our demo before purchase to test multi site functionality but it should work anyways.
im reading your license agreement and sorry if its a dumb question but i am a freelancer and im planning on using this product on my multi site where only i have access to.. could i get the regular license and still be able to use it on not only this site but maybe one other in the future? i will not be charging any of the customers of the development of the website but just maintenance
Its one license per domain. Technically some people use it under multiple domains but we may simply ask you to verify the purchase.

Thank you for the previous answer. I am also curious to know, how can we fix one problem. We have added the “subscribe” widget with the button to almost every page of our website. The reason is that it allows generate leads, also on the Madang’s demo website, the “Contact US” page has a field where the customer may ask the question and leave the name and email. Could you please explain where does this information go, in which section in admin dashboard can it be accessed and how to set up “YOU are SUBscribed” type of email that is sent to the customer. For this part unfortunately there is no icon database. You can generate or replace with your own icons or download them from other websites.

Is there a way to make the theme look pretty much like the live demo because it is really hard to customize it now that id does not show much content? I am installing madang.zip and madang-plugin.zip on the SiteGround server and still it looks pretty empty and it’s hard to customize it that way.

Hi, I very like this theme. However, my plan is to create a food delivery service from restaurants. I was wondering, will I be able to add several restaurants that customer can order from on my website? It should look like Postmates or other good delivery services. It is possible with this theme? And how can I display the restaurants with their menus on the site? Thank you!
Sorry but it looks like that Postmates is banned from access outside US. Maybe you have one other example? Also what are the backed requirements, how you plan to separate catering companies, orders, analytics etc?

Ok thanks for the provided data, with our template it would be hard to achieve this functionality without extra development as its not only about the design but also backend restaurant management.
You can make simple forms for order processing and forward each application to the restaurant owner from his own landing page within same website but splitting orders for multiple restaurants using WooCommerce that we relay on maybe much more challenging.

Technically yes you need to categorize the menu. Simply product category may do the trick. Just name it with the restaurant name.

I am trying to get there the Choose plan button with the order making system, like on the page link on top.

Technically if you want to have only two pricing tables per row a small redevelopment is required but then two tables will look either dis proportionally large or aesthetically bad comparing to other elements if positioned in center.
Hello, is there any simple way how can I change the language of the theme? (I need it to be in german and english) I read about loco translate but i am not sure if it can translate it completely with all the details like with all the buttons and plugins and so on.

Localization is usually not a fast process with WordPress as in most of the cases you not only need to translate website content but strings located under .pot files as well.
Because typically each theme has multiple dependencies you may need to translate all .pot files of all plugins the theme relies on.
There also plugins like GTranslate: https://wordpress.org/plugins/gtranslate/ that suppose to fix your problem in a faster way.
The problem is I need it to be professional translation, so i cant rely on the automatic translation of GT. I read that it is possible to translate the theme strings with a program named PoEdit. Do you think it is a good option?
With PoEdit you can translate string directly on your laptop but principles are the same as with Loco or other translation plugins.
