Hi guys, I have only just gone to work on this site for the client… finally!!!!
When I go into customise, it wont even load the site. I disabled the preloader which took 10 minutes.
Impossible working on anything atm???? Love the site as does the client, just some major bug with customize….. site will not load in there and if it does, only loads first slider image and nothing else.

Before buying the template I wanted to know if it’s possible to change the top info (in the dentist demo, top right with icons and hours, contact info and the adress) ?
I wanted to change this 3 icon + text with 3 buttons. Is it possible (even with a little edit in the code) or not ?

This is a widget area – you can fairly easily add WordPress’ html widgets instead which will have desired anchor tags and style them using custom css to look like buttons. Or use some third party plugin which provides button widgets.

How to create footer area like dental care theme in clinic?

In addition to widget based footer (as is on clinic demo) you can use another method (as on dentist demo).
1. Create a static page and add element you would like in the footer to the page. Save and publish the page
2. Go to Appearance > Header and Footer and add the slug of the newly created page to Footer Page Slug. All pages on the site will display the content of the created page as footer.

How to create gallery with filter option.?
Hi,
You can place Grid element to the page, choose portfolio as Post Type and set category filter to Yes. You should use Portfolio custom post type as gallery items.
The alternative is to use Grid Gallery but then you will not have category filter available since images and links do not have associated category taxonomy.

We are not sure if we have uderstood your question correctly, but if you want to store contact form 7 submissions you can use third party plugins such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-submissions/ and then use preview / manage them in dashboard or export as csv and use in external application.

I am asking about testimonials. I want our viewers to submit their feedback through a submission form from the front end. I am looking for a plugin that can do this and save the data. After the admin approval, it will be shown on the front end. Can you suggest any plugin available which is free?

With “out of box tools” which come with the theme, you can set up a feedback submission form with Contact Form 7 and use mentioned https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-submissions/ plugin to review submitted data. Once you do, you can post them on the site by using respective static page elements.
If you would like to have custom post type with automated publication of submissions on the site, you will need to use another third party plugin for this. Unfortunately, we have not used any similar so we can not provide too much help in that regard.

The images you can see on the demo are not licensed for third party use – so if you intend to use them on your site, you will have to license them separately on ShutterStock – they come with the demo import but they come in lower resolution just as an example.

I am building a medical site and creating the custom footer and would like the custom menu to be horizontal and for the love of my life it doesn’t work.

If you want to change the overall look and feel of the theme, please use accent colors settings on Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel.

I just bought the Medicare theme today. I’m trying to activate in Godaddy but I’m getting an error “Hmmm…. can’t reach this page”.

If you have managed to install the theme and import the demo data please try rebuilding the permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes.

I have saved both ways to my desktop (one with the installable files only and one where I take the Medicare zip file out by itself. I first log into GoDaddy I log into Cpanel Click Wordpress Navigate to Appearance > Themes Click Add New Click Upload Theme Click Choose File Find the package you have downloaded from ThemeForest as Installable WordPress file only on your local computer Click Install Now This is where it immediately takes me to another page that states Hmmm…can’t reach this page Try this Make sure you’ve got the right web address: http://www.jenclarkdesigns.com Search for “http://www.jenclarkdesigns.com” on Bing Refresh the page
I currently have the Uncode them in there now, but I want to save that.
I just tested it out with another theme and it worked installed perfectly. I am not sure if there is something wrong with the link that was sent to me with the original download.

how to add more than four items in footer widget? Because when i add 5 items in the footer widget its getting broken.

The theme uses 12 column Bootstrap grid so the number of even columns you can have is 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12.
If you need more complex layout (or make one column double in width so it fits the grid), please create a static page with the layout you want in footer and enter its slug in footer Page Slug field of Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer panel. This way all pages will have a footer with the layout created on this page.

I have noticed a bug that hopefully you can fix. When the slider pans from one element to the next, it seems to shift the content below the slider up and down. I have 2 sliders and both images that I am using for the sliders have the same dimensions. The problem is worse on mobile. www.drnuranind.com

This is due to the fact that you have different heights of content on each slide and the slider height property of your slider element is set to auto (it adapts to slide height). Please choose one of the fixed height options such as small, medium or large if you can not have the same content height on each slide.

Issue on Mobile View at https://zentriangledentistry.com The WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY post slider on bottom of the homepage displays a very narrow paragraph in mobile portrait view with only a word or two per line. There are two issues – first you haven’t added the needed value to Class Extra Name(s) property to the section – you should add myClients to that field.
Second you have
padding-right: 10 px !important;
instead of
padding-right: 10px !important;
note the extra space between 10 and px – please remove it.

OK. I fixed the 10px. In that section for WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY, there was already 1 Extra Class for that section. So I added myClients and this is what is there now – . myClients btAccentColorBackground When there is more than 1 extra class, are these separated by a comma or colon? I just added a space between these 2 extra classes.

As far as the notice goes, it seems that you need to make Working hours field of Working hours element overlaying the map correct – the field value needs to be in the format
value;value;URL title,URL separated by new line (leave ; at the end to remove link)For example:
