Hi we purchased Handel theme and downloaded the file but it doesn’t give me the option to install the IT/Hosting theme

I am not able to go to codeless support. When go to their page and try to register using the purchase code, it verifies the code initially. Then when i enter the user name and email address, it comes up with an error Purchase Code invalid. Please help

We want to create page with load_template(), get_header() not displaying correctly. Can you please suggest how can we load template with existing header and footer.

Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is? Insanity is doing the exact… same f-g thing… over and over again expecting… s-t to change… But using codeless you can do dozern time same actions step by step and sometimes you got different results. Sometimes you can change opacity for background, sometimes you cant. Sometimes you trying to select a row and everything blasts over screen. So yeah, now i know what is insanity.

I’ve bought your theme and I have 2 problems: 1 – the placeholder on search field is cutted out. 2- In search results all shortcodes placed on pages are displaying as results. I’ve dropped a question on your support forum and have no answer yet. I need this working properly ASAP.

One of the codeless builder components is buggy, 100% cpu usage and server hangs. Stay away.

Codeless builder is deleting the content, its very buggy

So far this has been a terrible experience. I have gone into the support site from Codeless and ever since the 4.9 upgrade of Wordpress this Template is behaving terribly, deleting previously edited content, and now has stopped working with “stylesheet missing” messages and just no way to work around… I already have posted support for this specific problem TWICE on the forums and the problem still has not been solved… I’m hoping the bug-plagued template will be fixed once and for all. My work with this customer is at risk because I apparently made a bad choice of template.

Before we buy Lawyer / Attorney. I wold like to know if this is possible to easily customize things like Slider (si this one is not circular), Templates, and edit stuff ONLY with regular wordpress editor, not with VIsual Composer or any other Visual editor?

And we will use it for metalanguage site in Russian, so i wold like to know how it will works with non LATIN simbols but with CIRILICS (russian letters like “ыфбсд”) and another Spanish symbols like “óáí” etc.

Dear Developer, I bought this theme because it was written it has visual composer with the theme. All I have i Codeless Builder that is absolutely not the same thing and seems painful to use. How can we manage to have what I paid for : Visual Composer ?

История:

Наравих една от първите покупки и се сблъсках с проблеми още в началото – не успях да вкарам демото. Автора на темата бе любезен да помогне – постави демо версиите. Преместих сайта на full ssd хостинг в найдобрата компания в България. (За известно време бях оставил проекта, тъй като бях болен). Няколко седмици покъсно се опитах да продължа работа по сайта, но уви – сблъсквам се със същите проблеми – в настройките на темата не може да се влезе, понякога се зарежда, но пък не отчита направените редакции (има прикачен видо клип по-долу).

Работя на среден клас компютър – 8гб рам, ssd диск, intel i5-6200u който както се вижда от видеот не е натоварен, но въпреки това строителя на страници на сайта работи мудно.

Опитах да работя с темата и под ubuntu и под windows, с различни браузъри – проблема не е в системата, нито в хостинга.

Общи впечатления: 1. Темата има много подробна документация. Това е първата тема с толкова подробна документация, която виждам и първата, за която се налага да я чета. Правя сайтове за половин дузина cms системи, тази е най-проблемната, с която съм се сблъсквал.

2. Разработчика е изкючително любезен и предполагам, че ще реши проблемите с темата в опозримо бъдеще, но поне в момента аз се отказвам да се мъча.

I moved site in the full ssd hosting to the best company in Bulgaria. (I left the project for some time since I was sick). A few weeks later I tried to continue working on the site, but alas – I encounter the same problems – the theme settings can not be entered, sometimes loaded, but it does not take into account the edits (has a video link below).

I’m working on a mid-range computer – a 8GB frame, a ssd disk, a intel i5-6200u which, as seen by videodata, is not loaded, but the site builder works poorly.

I tried working with the topic under ubuntu and under windows, with different browsers – the problem is not in the system or in the hosting.

General impressions: 1. The subject has very detailed documentation. This is the first topic with such detailed documentation that I see the first one I have to read about. I make sites for half a dozen cms systems, this is the most problematic I’ve ever encountered.

2. The developer is very polite and I suppose he will solve the problems with the topic in a bizarre future, but at least for the moment I am giving up trying.
